Nothing, can’t fault and value for money, only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Exceeded our expectations, the room was very spacious with full kitchen and dining area, lounge and seperate main bedroom, the views were AMAZING, the best views I’ve seen in a long time. The room and hotel in general were nice and clean with room service also. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were so lovely. Location is so central and walking distance to local attractions.

Our shower door wouldn’t shut and shower head was missing spraying in a couple directions. Think it may of needed a thorough clean.

The staff on check in were wonderful which instantly gives you a positive atmosphere to the accommodation. Facilities were exactly what you need. Not overly fancy, but well equipped and clean. We were very happy with our stay.

The room was clean and had a fantastic view over the south bank! Very spacious with living room and kitchen. Beds very comfy and quiet at night despite being on road and next to South Bank. Great black out curtains and powerful shower. Swimming pool was great and we had it to ourselves and was very clean. Staff very friendly.

The shower over the bath could get slippery for kids . But that could be rectified with a bath Matt.

The service , room and view was amazing . We will definitely come back. We got a free upgrade and a free bottle of wine for our anniversary. The breakfast was great and the room service food was great. The view over the river and crown in the corner apartment was amazing.

There is nothing at all I didn't like. The stay was perfect.

I booked on short notice, got a room with a good discount which they upgraded to an even better room free of charge. Checking in with Neil and Elvie was absolutely delightful and they were very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me. My overall experience at the hotel was amazing too, the bar was really nice. The room was absolutely fantastic, clean, with so many facilities. Even a washing machine and dryer. It was pure luxury at a bargain price. My only regret was I only had time to stay in Melbourne for one night. But next time I do come back this hotel will be my 1st consideration, as it has better facilities and more comfortable rooms then other places I stayed, but also the staff are really next level in terms of their dedication too. Really grateful for how nice my stay was. The hotel is also in a very convenient location with lots of public transport options and tourist attractions close by.
