No floor mat for shower, no bathroom bin, pillows were way to hard, only one sachet of coffee, no tea, fly screen in bathroom non existent, only one stool. In need of repair and TLC.

Fantastic area with Kangaroo point cliffs within a couple of minutes walk. The room was equipped with kettle, coffee and sugar. Great size shower, water was hot. A/C and wall mounted TV. Worst bed I've ever slept on. Just a collection of springs digging in to all parts of my body. A/C had a full centimetre of dust in the filter.

walls and doors marked scratched. mouldy and smell ( though lot of rain ). few roaches, but could be rain as well. hard to shave as cupboard low over sink and throw water everywhere. free parking if your lucky to get space.

Room had dirty walls, sticky floors, no cooking area, bad bathroom with a very small shower space. Beds weren't very comfortable but passable. Not very spacious for the price paid. I didn't enjoy this room as I felt like the walls would collapse or cave in... Don't go unless really desperate for a room..

There were far to.many baby cockroaches in the room to be expected if I'm being honest, there is little room for parking but if it's the Saturday night be aware the suburb is full of cars and people fill the streets as they go out for dinners in the area.. the room is better than the rating shows but needs pest clean to make it pretty good place to stay it that was done for the price .

The rooms smelt heavily like bleach, which made my group feel ill. Don't shower because you breathe the bleach in so much that my friend had issues breathing and had an upset stomach. The other guests are loud constantly screaming with the door open, and throughout the night, people try and break into where you're staying.

I liked how all the rooms were together.

Very dirty, we literally had rubbish still in our room from the people prior that had been put in the clothes cupboard. Our fridge was rusted & the walls are very marked & dirty. Our tv in our room also didn’t have any sound. The sitting area by reception just had mountains of washing just sitting there. The place just really needs some love & TLC & it could be a really great place but right now it’s very rough. Would also be good to have blankets & things available in the room.

The room was not clean, the in room bathroom was terrible and didn’t look like it had been cleaned for some time. The reality is quite different from the photos, I was not expecting 5 star, I thought I was getting 3 star but reality is 1 star and that’s being generous.

The location was exactly what I was after.

My bed was broken on one side (it was a double bed so I was able to sleep on the side that wasn’t broken but very uncomfortable and upsetting) and the room was full of fruit flies!!

I’m under no illusions. I know that for the price I paid, the room wouldn’t be akin to a Persian palace but it would’ve been nice if it at least looked clean and well maintained, it wasn’t. The bed was just two single mattresses pushed together, very uncomfortable and this was the most disappointing issue of my stay.
