Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI found the step up to the kitchen area an obstacle. I think a built in ramp would be better suited in coming from the kitchen to the lounge area because and not inhibit or prevent a disabled or invalid person from having easy and safe access to these areas. The raised step could cause a guest or staff to fall and sustain an injury. If a guest or visitor was using a wheel chair, were vision impaired or using a device such as a walking frame, a pair of crutches or calipers, I think they would find this very difficult to manage at any time during their stay.
Very comfortable stay. The facilities that were offered were easy to access and use.

Absolutely incredible stay! Melinda and Mark are the most wonderful hosts! They’re warm, welcoming and genuinely kind-hearted people who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Their accommodation feels like a true home away from home, beautifully maintained, cosy and filled with thoughtful touches that make all the difference. The location is simply unbeatable, offering the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. And to top it all off, the price is absolutely fantastic for the quality and comfort you receive. United KingdomNo towels were provided by the property. The property is currently housing some short/longer term residents, so staying there feels like you are invading their home space. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen, but also in the room that we were staying in. There was no face to face communication with the host, only through text. We felt very uncomfortable staying there.
The property has a nice pool that is in good condition and clean that was fun to use.
