The room was modern, unique, great views not your regular type of hotel, excellent shower and the super king bed was very comfy, great lounge and bar area, nice touch to select vinyls to play in your room. The location is perfect right across the road to the beach and easy walk to cafes, yet very quiet at night. I would recommend and make this my go to place next time we visit Coolangatta. Thank you

maybe not quite enough lights in the room nor any bedside plugs, only a minor complaint though!

staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and gave good local tips. felt very safe as a solo female traveller.

There is no hotel parking just street parking which can be difficult to find. Found that challenging for the cost of the room. Not great if you have difficulty with stairs. Property not suited for anyone needing wheel chair access. Can be slightly noisy from the bar but they supply ear plugs in the rooms.

The rooms were modern and fresh with an eccentric vibe. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach, cafes and Twin Towns. The lady who looks after the property was lovely and super helpful. Our lights in our room kept flickering and when she couldn’t fix the problem she kindly upgraded our room which was lovely.

The bed was very comfortable but a little low.

There is plenty of space in the room. Chairs and couch were comfortable. Location was excellent. Staff were able to give us a ground floor room as requested.

Centrally controlled aircon/heating. We all have different needs when it comes to our personal environment. I would prefer to control my own climate. No ceiling fans. The toilet and shower being open to the bedroom. A curtain to seperate the two would be good.

The Pink Hotel is about the retro, funky vibe. That’s why you stay there. It’s has an amazing feel to it. It’s also a visually pleasing experience. Netflix and You Tube to each room was great. Use of the rooftop area at any time with BYO is also great.

The cleaning products, which had been used to keep the room spotless, were quite strong and left a very noticeable, unpleasant odor.

Loved the quirky decor and art works. The room was spacious and well furnished. The location was wonderful allowing great access to shops and restaurants. The roof top area would have been amazing for a sunset sip if the weather was kinder. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Some people might find the stairs a bit much with luggage. It was quiet the night we stayed but they supply ear plugs so I’m guessing weekends are less so!

Loved the location, directly across from the beach and great cafes in walking distance. We used room service for breakfast and it was lovely. The room itself had everything you needed, was pretty spacious and decor was super funky! Our little one loved the pink fluorescent lights and the record player.

The ONLY thing I can think of is the noise of people walking up and down the stairs outside your room and the late-night party-goers on the street and at the restaurant below. It didn't affect my sleep as I am a heavy sleeper but I can understand how that may annoy others. However, they supply ear plugs for all guests in the room if you need them :)

Perfect location in town! Right next to Greenmount beach, restaurants and cafes are right next to the hotel so you don't have to walk far and the rooftop has excellent viewings of Coolangatta. Our room was clean and well-presented, we could not fault them!
