Perfect location away from the town itself. But close enough to visit. The resort was lovely too. As requested it was ground floor. Close to the bbq pool and the beach. Great value

The day we check in Aircon in one of our room was not working we told reception staff next day they send in housekeeping staff to look into it but they were not able to fix aircon. Weather up there was so humid to stay without aircon it’s hard. I email them they told me they can’t di much of it as aircon is broken and was told by them they will refund some part of my money back they have talk with villa owner. I have not received anything from them.

Vertical drapes didn’t close properly so privacy was an issue on ground floor unit, no dishwasher powder, the cutlery hadn’t been washed properly, bed was a bit hard, no grab rail in main bathroom quite difficult to step out of shower/bath without something to hang onto.

Absolutely loved our stay. Easy check in and check out. Under cover car park. Modern with all the amenities. Comfy beds. Great pool. Restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

We stayed in Villa 2. The property required a great deal of maintenance. 1. Cupboard in main bathroom was only doors. 2. Taps missing in bath 3. Air conditioner in master dripped even though it was set at 23. 4. Throw cushion on couch stained. 5. Kitchen drawers needed cleaning, 6. Oven tray doesn’t fit in oven. 7. Water damage in the kitchen. 8. Vacuum cleaner had a terrible smell when in use. 9. Overall the property needed some attention.

The timber blinds in the bedroom are broken..unable to be lowered which meant I had a street light glaring into my bedroom all night

The property needs some love. Broken laundry and external door, bathroom handrails that fall off, hard bed and broken lounges that need replacing.

The beds were extremely hard! One of the hardest I've ever experienced at a hotel which just put an uncomfortable tinge on our stay. If the beds were more comfortable the stay would have been perfect.

The communal doors banging...gave me a start every time!!!

Loved being so close to the beach and the restaurants and the pool was there, if it wasn't so good down on the beach!! Perfect!!

The stairs, 38 stairs for me, was difficult due to my health conditions. I should have stipulated a ground floor unit. There was only one light in the bathroom that flickered , and the other lights weren't working.

It was pretty annoying how the one toilet just ran pretty much nonstop if used - at first I thought it wasn’t that big of a deal but over time it’s just annoying

The bed wasn’t overly comfortable and the apartment needs a refresh.

Great location, apartment was nice and clean but was quite dated and the bed wasn’t overly comfortable. But for the price it was to be expected. Location was excellent with the beach across the road and restaurants and bars so close. We would stay here again.

Only objection was that there was no lift. Our room was on the third floor and this was actually four levels from the car park basement. for 3 women in their 60's this was difficult.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants, the room was large and well maintained, No musty smell that can be present in tropical locations. Unit had all the necessary appliances and utensils.
