Didn't like people eating in the pool - also found a floating piece of poo (probably from a child's nappy in pool). Maybe a bit more closer monitoring or rules around pool use. Pool could probably do with a reno.

we did not receive a linen change despite requesting it. We had to prompt for a change of towels. Given our stay was for 10 days it would have been nice for linen and towels to be changed around day 5 or 6.

size of rooms, facilities, location. Ease to check in & out, adequate parking facilities for hire car. Close to beach and bus stop, close to restaurants.

The noise above the room was annoying with all the moving of furniture, bedding I assume!! My bathroom still had the previous persons shampoo all up the wall in the shower…I assume she was a blonde( purple shampoo).

At times the pool area gets busy and more lounge chairs would be great.

We have stayed at Coral Sands before and returned this year again. Location is great, just across the street from the beach and right next to the restaurants. Shaded pool is fantastic.

I liked the room rate, views and amenities so not really a complaint - but we did notice the room felt a bit tired. However we really enjoyed our stay.

We/ve been to Trinity Beach before and loved it - we needed a holiday badly but didn't want to go overseas - so came back for another stay at Trinity Beach!

Room was dated and needed a revamp. Shower was a step in which was not ideal as I have a bad knee. Would also be troublesome for elderly and young kids too. Not having lift for people with mobility issues should be advised upon booking.

Grounds and pool were lovely. Location was awesome for local eateries and walking the beach. Unit was spacious and had a good view.

Lack of lift to access higher floors difficult for 86 year old…..luckily we managed to change to a ground floor unit…

The bathroom was outdated but clean enough. A few maintenance issues which I reported on departure.

We had a one bedroom apartment which was quite roomy. Well appointed kitchen with everything you require.

The grounds of the property were exceptional. Stunning.

The elderly people taking photos of our children while they were playing. We travelled up as a sports group, so the boys were playing and being boisterous but never rude or bad behaviour.

The resort as a whole was clean and tidy. My room was nicely decorated with clean furnishings and bedding.

Insufficient crockery and cutlery. Nine saucers and two side plates. Get with it. Televisions in both rooms terrible and useless. The sound output so poor it was impossible to watch television. Burnt out light globes or wattage so poor as to be useless. Not necessary in the day of the LED. Would I stay in this apartment again? No.

Room was very dated, especially the bathroom, sliding door to balcony needs fixing, one bath towel each for a five day stay was inadequate and non refundable $5.00 for each pool towel was a bit of a shock.

Location is fantastic, close to cafes, restaurants and transport plus beautiful views of Trinity Beach.
