Our only problem was the poor internet but this seemed to be the case everywhere in Trinity Beach.

The apartment we had was excellent. It was roomy, well equipped in all aspects. The kitchen facilities were very good, with an oven, four hotplates and all the tools you could need. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool and barbecue facilities were excellent. Being right opposite the beach was a real plus. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly.

The internet was very poor. Even after complaining and receiving alternate logins it was intermittently dropping out and very slow when it worked. This was confirmed also with neighbouring units experiencing same problem. For the price paid, I expected stable and working wifi.

The apartment has no lift. Its a hard climb to the third floor with our belongings. We treat it as our exercise regime.

The location is perfect, close to eateries and right across the beach for leisurely walks. the apartment is spacious and well equipped. the complex is nice with pools with outdoor bbq. The underground carpark is handy.

Beach wasnt as nice as i expected overcast and windy the whole time and the colour of the water wasn't inviting, Bed was uncomfortable, stairwell noise echoed through entry door

Some fixtures in need of maintenance. We had to report to reception a dangerously faulty glass shower door, blown lightbulbs and very unsatisfactory cleaning. Rubbish bin in kitchen was left full of previous tenants’ rubbish and coffee machine full of used coffee pods. Alarmingly, one toilet seat had a pool of urine along the top, visible only when we closed the lid.

No elevator - three flights of stairs was hard with a baby in tow.

Nice spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Nice view of the gardens, pool and a bit of ocean through the palm trees. Great location with restaurants right next door, and the beach right there. The shady pool was excellent for young kids. They provided a cot and high chair which made our stay more comfortable.

All good. Grounds immaculate and lovely

Large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with lovely balcony on middle floor looking out over grounds to ocean. Just steps from beach with pool and BBQ facilities. Couldn’t have been better positioned. Underground parking as well. Apartments not flashy but comfortable with good cooking facilities but four or five restaurants just steps away.

The constant cigarette smell around the property. As smoking is permitted on the property balconies, the smell was constantly coming into my room even when the doors and windows were shut. Also there was no phone service at all in the apartment and the wifi didn’t work with the passwords provided. couldn’t even take a phone call inside.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Has everything we need in the kitchen and washing machine and dryer. comfortable beds and generous bathrooms.

Had a wonderful weekend in a three bedroom apartment, with views of the pool and beach, and a lovely gardens and lawn where the little kids could run around safely while we enjoyed a G&T as the sun set. Well equipped kitchen, overall reasonably well maintained if older style apartment - bathrooms could do with a renovation. Perfect location, across the raid from the beach, close to restaurants and cafes.
