Cozy log cabin with all facilities needed except limited internet connection. Short drive to Cradle Mountain to enjoy the walks there. Expected there would be nowhere to eat but found there is now a lovely cafe across the road.

A small stove top burner or an electric frypan would have been convenient - we stayed for six nights and a microwave was limiting. offset by lovely location!
A 30 min drive from cradle mountain, a 30 min drive from Sheffield, great location as a base for exploring he region. Host gave is the heads up that there were limited local options for food however the cafe across the road had great coffee, snacks, and dinners which could be eaten in the cafe or back in our cabin. Spa bath was awesome after a long day of hiking!

Able to hear room unit next stores plumbing every time they used shower/toilet.
Home was comfy and clean. Felt like you were surrounded by nature and nothing else. Very cosy feel.

Setting was fantastic. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable. Jamie (site overseer) noticed us looking slightly lost and was very helpful in settling us in and providing useful local knowledge.

The shower was cramped and there was no cooktop. However new BBQs were being installed during our stay.
The cabin was very clean, quiet, private, spacious and had a comfortable bed. The cabin was 30 minutes drive from Cradle Mountain National Park and made a great base to explore the park.

Lack of stovetop and only Telstra reception. Perhaps I missed the fine print but I didn’t have a map and couldn’t research my visit to the park.

Nil - All was excellent
Loved everything about the appartment, inside, outside setting, the wild animals who came to greet us in the early morning , a real treat; and including meeting the site manger who was very Very dreidels , has nice chat and gave helpful information Look forward to returning one day with other family . There were a few cleaning supplies missing in the kitchen...tea towel, washing up cloth etc. Basic but daily essentials.
This was a lovely cabin style suite set in a beautiful wilderness area about 15-20 minutes from Cradle Mountain. It was clean and nicely decorated.

Thought it was on Cradle Mountain and got caught up in the mayhem of the tourist park entry park procedures. Once sorted headed further north to our location and found our cabins. A little out of the way but a nearby cafe saved the day with morning coffee/ breakfast and dinner if pre ordered. Also provide wallaby food if you'd like to feed the elusive wildlife.
Lovely quiet location, comfortable cabins,easy access to local Mole Caves, Cradle Mountain and nearby local towns and attractions. A great stop off before heading to the coast of Burnie and Launceston.

Absolutely nowhere to buy any groceries there or within 50klm on the way in, so providing a breakfast package (prearranged, of course) would be greatly appreciated. The local cafe across the road doesn't provide breakfast either.Just a thought from a world traveller.
Loved the peace and quiet it was excellent we even had a visit from a group of wallabies in the evening.

The outside light could be dimmer I.e. not so bright. To be in such a beautiful location requires less light pollution.
The tranquil location. The comfort of the cabin and it's cleanliness. The setting. The ease of access to the cabin. Everything had been thought of.
