The attention to detail in the apartment. There were lights, ceiling fans and blinds not working. The staff were not able to fix the issues, which was disappointing. Also there was only 1 lift working which was a bit inconvenient.

The view, pool, location and general feel. Have stayed there before and returned because we really like it there. The pool area is well maintained.

Only gave a tiny tube of shampoo and conditioner which wasn’t replenishable. We were a family of 4 so it was not enough. No dishwashing liquid was given. In the end, we went to buy our own dishwashing liquid, shampoo and body wash. One of the 2 elevators was down so we had to wait a long time to get up on it.

The check in was difficult as there was no one at the front desk and I rang the morning of the check in and wasn't given any instructions,no instructions were emailed to me or texted to me ,if it wasn't for a fellow traveler who let us in it would have been a very upsetting start to our stay.We were also confused as to why there was only one key/fob as this meant we couldn't leave the room separately and we were a group of friends who wanted to do different things at different times,also we weren't able to access pay TV and having children this was very disappointing,I must say the staff we met were wonderful.

The microwave did not work at all and the washing machine needed an upgrade was hard to function going from wash to dry. Some of our clothes did not dry in the end.

My family and I stayed in one of the penthouses the view was beautiful and the apartment was clean. Close to shops and mall. They have a nice pool, spa and sauna area. Also the gym was convenient could get a good workout with some of the equipment available.

Unfortunately we have to extend our stay due to the cyclone Alfred, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, it makes a lot of difference, thanks for that.

The rooms were as dusty as ever, with dust covering the lampshades, decorative items, and most surfaces. The bathrooms were outdated and lacked proper ventilation. Additionally, there weren’t enough basic amenities, such as dish soap, for a five-day stay—if it’s a fully serviced apartment, guests shouldn’t be expected to purchase their own dishwashing liquid and tablets for such a short visit. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were in desperate need of a facelift.

The location was excellent, offering a fantastic view from the room. Our special requests were accommodated, with fans provided in every room, ensuring a comfortable stay. The living room was cozy and inviting, while the balcony offered a pleasant spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Additionally, the water pressure was great, adding to the overall convenience and comfort.

The unit needed to be opened up before we arrived and smelt stale. The TV didn’t work until we plugged in the disconnected cord to the foxtel box. We were unable to close the bedroom door if we wanted the air conditioning to circulate. We were disappointed we were end until with only views to the caravan park.

Frypans need replacing, dust fell off the fan when turned on (it had been there a while). Thick dust on top of bathroom mirrors. Only 1 dishwasher tablet supplied for a 5 day stay, so had to go buy some😡. Thick dust on artificial plants. Crockery needs replacing, big chips on some plates(actually cut my finger), cracked glasses. Sliding door locks need attention. Grouting needs fixing in the shower. Blown light globes. This was the penthouse!

My son and I are coffee drinkers and there was no coffee plunger or coffee machine. We bought a plunger for us and future guest to use.

Shower had a drip that constantly ran through the night, and apartment could benefit with having a dryer included.

The room was quite dated and needed some maintenance. The beds weren't overly comfortable. We stayed during school holidays and for what we paid I didn't think met expectations
