Great spot usually stay in houses but this was a great change. Nice apartment plenty parking convenient and can not complain about the view even on a rainy day. Will definately book again.

I booked in for the spa, which had no bubbles due to being broken. The hot tub was nice, unfortunately no bubbles.

The apartment was lovely and clean and cool on my arrival, it was a very hot day. Pools were amazing.

Place has snooty permanent residents who think they own the whole place… One even throwing water over the balcony at us because I was smoking…

Nice and clean units, pool and facilities are really nice… Staff are lovely…

Taxis were hard to get specially when u call they got the location wrong and could not understand because everything Is automated with no human voice Some nights were noisey People partying

Very convient location Safe and close to the beach with nice views walking distance to most places The shopping malls are great and not far Nice resturants close by Loved our vacation

Apartment could do with a freshen up in regards to paint. Noticeable paint damage around doorways.

Very minimum supplies for the kitchen, laundry and bath. Toilet tissues were 2, one was dirty already. Washing machine is not clean.

I stayed here 7 years ago, was so impressed then .when looking for gold Coast holiday this year did not look as I knew quality and value would be given by Crystal Bay.Was not disappointed. Will stay their again if they would have my family and me.Great for families and couples.great location with the walking track opposite leading to play grounds and good eateries.

Didnt have face or hand towles, had no idea how to use tv or get channels and wouldnt connect to netflix. Master bedroom should of had a bigger bed especially when your husband is a big island man.

Location was perfect, rooms were gorgeous, stunning view, super friendly staff, had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay there, will definitely stay again.

I had issues with the aircon but that didn’t affect our stay as the breeze from the balcony was good. The bathroom had someone else’s hair that was left at the bottom of the shower.

The view was amazing and the sunrise was stunning each day. The rooms were clean and just right for 3 people. The pool and gym were great and it was a very relaxing stay.

Had everything we needed, the overnight reception gentleman was welcoming. Carparks were good, but we did have a smaller car. Close to servo, cafe and BEACH. Loved our views. Morning reception was amazing as well.

There was an odd smell in the kitchen when I came back after having closed all doors. Not sure if it was coming from the sink or not.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Dirty dishes, crumbs in the cutlery drawer, stains on the sheets. Room was very outdated. For the price you pay, it could’ve been nicer. Carpet smelled of dog urine.

Very noisy at times from an apartment block being built next door and renovations were being were being done in the complex above our apartment

The location was fantastic so close to everything you could walk everywhere. Great pool and spa and staff were very friendly

Dishwasher drawer slightly damaged, but still functional.

Complimentary room upgrade. Great view from 2 rooms and balcony. Plenty of room to entertain guests. Teens enjoyed the heated spa. Short walk to restaurants, convenience store across the main road, and local bus stops.
