Be aware that these apartments are not serviced. They supply enough washing powder for one wash, and the same with dishwasher tab and soap. If you are staying for more than a few days, or are more than one person, then you may need more. These are available from reception to buy, but maybe bring a couple for yourself. There was some rust around the bottom of the bathroom door frame, which was unsightly but overall the apartment was in well maintained condition.

stayed here 4 nights in November 2022. The apartments are all privately owned, so internal facilities may vary. Great views (Eastward facing room) over the Broadwater towards SeaWorld and watch the roller coasters go round and round. Just a small park between the apartments and the beach. I took my Brompton, and it was a short ride to Southport Australia Fair shopping centre and Surfers Paradise (mostly flat). The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay self catering. Nice pool and spa - open till late (9pm)

ironing board needs new cover - not easy to iron on metal effectively. 4.30 am wake up when construction site pouring concrete. distance from any shops.

What we didn't like was the fact that we were only allowed 1 towel each for 4 nights and 1 x fannel to share , all the supplies were so stinchie , only a small scope of washing power ,so we couldn't even wash our towels to re use , 1 x sach of dish washing liquid ...... it was ridiculous , for that reason alone we wouldn't book again , if I had known I would have brought all the supplies from home .

Internet wasn't great, affected the tv.

Location was great for heading to the Worlds and Australia Zoo. Also much quieter than Surfer's. Great view, close to shopping. Handy on-site parking. Self-contained.

I understand only one turn down per week as they are privately owned apartments but if guests are staying for so long we stayed for 2 weeks, it would be nice to give them extra cleaning products and toilet paper. Especially because we had to use a pack of laundry detergent to wash the provided towels in a separate wash to prevent colour leaks.

Loved our room and the layout of the apartment. Most of all loved the view it was so peaceful to look out to the water. Very well kept hotel and the pool and hot tub were immaculate. All the staff and even the permanent residents were friendly and helpful.

No air con or fan in bedroom made it incredibly hot. Light bulb in bathroom not working. Very thin walls, so could hear ALL neighbours noise. Lifts were very noisy being in a middle unit. No face cloth. Door to bathroom from main bedroom badly swollen and didn't close or open easily.

The gym and pool were fantastic, as were the staff. Very close to bus stops too. Free WiFi.

Microwave dishwasher and dryer could do with updating they look years and years old. Couldn't get the microwave to work, the dryer didn't dry much at all and the dishwasher leaked. I think the owner of this apartments needs to do a little updating! Pool and spa were great too and looked beautiful at night with the light only thing is both pool and spa were noticeably dirty around the edges made you feel a bit icky being in there but besides that all good.

The room was good, older style not modern at all but comfy beds with a large balcony and an amazing view. That view :D Fantastic location with park right opposite and watching the water activity from balcony was great!

We got a service halfway through our stay however we had done a quick tidy up emptied the bins to make it easier for the cleaners coming back from a day away that only change the sheets done nothing in the bathrooms we spoke to management

You have very little signage in the carpark to the lifts and when you get to the floor there is no sign to say which way to go with apartment numbers. I had to search for my apartment

Loungeroom TV is situated opposite large window without curtain...glare on TV screen at certain times during the day.

On Floor 13 with balconies & great views of the Broadwater & city. A 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (both with walk-in showers). Construction next door had no impact on our stay (although construction was still at ground level stage).
