Wonderful place to stay. Clean well furnished and perfectly located for Noosa Heads and Noosaville.. Our apartment over looked the Marina and was the perfect location, Would definitely recommend and stay there again

No A/C in the bedroom, so was fairly hot with a partly westerly aspect. No cleaning products like spray and wipe to keep things fresh during your stay.

What a beautiful part of the world! Lovely waterfront position, great pool and immaculate facilities. Lovely beach and access to the cute general store and a pleasant 20-minute walk to Hastings Street. Great gym ( unused as the pool was too good) and wonderful balcony by the water for the sunset.

Bathroom needs updating. We were only supplied 1 towel per person for 5 days. Beach towels and extra towels came at a charge.

The staff were amazing! The view from the deck was the best. We were watching the birds chasing fish and crabs on the shore and boats passing by. Coffee shop on the street and convenience shop. The gym, pool and spa were not expected. The resort was clean and great for families. The beds comfortable and the kitchens fully equipped. Only negative thing was the shower must lose water out onto the floor in ensuite shower of 37. It was a puddle each time we showered we had to mop it up. Maybe seals on shower need to be redone. Only a minor issue.

We had two rolls of toilet paper when we stayed 6-nights. The guest room instructions were hidden in a kitchen drawer - luckily we found them on our first day, usually this is on the front counter.

Great location and facilities - we loved the spacious pool (& spa) - the private beach is great, and is a perfect spot for a sunset view - clean, tidy, spacious rooms

The shower/bathroom.

Nice location, easy to find, and a nice stroll into town. Our unit was an older one, but was perfectly adequate, save for the bathroom, which had only a sliding door and a shower that produced little more than a trickle. We didn't really use the on site facilities, but they looked nice, and everything was clean.

Group of noisy guests at BBQ Area felt like we couldn't sit out on our balcony after being out for dinner. Finally Phoned Security just after midnight as Guest were still being loud

Second bedroom does need aircon and it was disappointing that whilst the living room and main bedroom had aircon it was hot for night sleeping.

This is a very pleasant complex and our apartment unit was very comfortable with a nice canal river outlook. Great pool complex and generally well located in Noosa. Helpful staff.

Most of the parent rooms have a queen bed, which is comfortable but can’t fit king beds due to the size of the room.

We’ve been to Culgoa many times and keep coming back. The location and access to the river is superb.
