Australia2 Reviews“lucky I was with friends”shower in main was a step into a bath which was very narrow and most couldn’t use it the water went straight into floor which was a health Hansard only a very small bath mat that was soaked one hand towel coackroaches it was noisy being around a pool. gals advertising showing a nice looking building over looking the ocean oven didn’t work the mop fell apart

Out door furniture, beds, pillows, shower in main bathroom, all the notes in the the room telling of charges for not keeping room clean when it was already dirty.

Felt like the birds were in your room at 6am, it was so loud and so was the rain. Could also feel the cold wind coming through the windows right where the head of the beds were. I also think the bathrooms could do with an upgrade but they were clean enough.
I liked the renovated apartment and how much space it had for a family. I also liked the heated pool and the location to the beach/cafe/park. Although one of the reasons we booked here was the close proximity to the park which was under renovation which was disappointing. The security parking was great too.

Australia1 review“We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return”Cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t the best. Floors hadn’t been mopped prior to our arrival. Kitchen wall tiles were dirty, kettle was filthy and toaster needs cleaning out. Cobwebs need clearing from ceiling too. Facilities in the booking stated hair dryer but we were unable to find one. It also stated soundproofing however we could hear the people staying above us walking around and yelling. We didn’t have towels replaced during our stay so I had to wash the ones we were provided with. I had to clean the patio furniture before we used it as well (dusty and bird droppings on the table and chairs)
Location was brilliant. Heated pool and spa were lovely. Grounds very well kept. Staff were very helpful and friendly

You could hear people walking in the units above and beside, you could hear a kettle boil in another unit.

I think the owners need to purchase a new lounge suit. There was also a lot of ants in the kitchen and lounge room areas on the floor and benches.
