Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had to remind the staff to clean our unit on 2 occasions after we returned from a day out and found it the same as when we left.Plus we didn’t like other guests hanging around outside smoking and cooking on the balcony.
Location was good for us to be near to family + was within walking distance to shops and the Dandenong Market. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was ok- good value for money.The bed was comfy and the unit clean.

The atmosphere of the place wasn't great, people lurking around the outside, felt very unsafe.
Bed was clean and comfortable, room was spacious enough. Bathroom was also clean and had everything we needed.

Our room wasn’t cleaned on occasion and the bins were not emptied every day.We had to ask the housekeeping staff for clean towels which hadn’t been replaced. Didn’t like other guests smoking all round the units.
The motel was good value for money. It was well located in between family members and the Dandenong markets and main shopping area.The staff were friendly and the room fairly spacious but the bed was the best - very comfortable.

This is a budget motel, so we didn't expect it to be perfect, but there were a couple of things that we didn't like. Double Bed - was comfortable at first on the first night, but then felt bumpy in the middle. Got bug bites when slept on the double bed, but no bug bites when slept on the single bunk beds. May be worth asking that all sheets and blankets are clean/changed before you arrive. Single Bunk Beds - were not made, which is annoying after a long day of driving and other things with little children. May be worth asking that bunk beds are made before you arrive. Walls & Architraves - Some dirty marks/areas.
We stayed upstairs in room 224, which is a Family Room for 4. The bathroom was very modern, large and clean. It had a shower, toilet and basin and a large window that let in natural sunlight, which was great. The room was equipped with usual fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, coffee cups, glasses, cofee, tea, sugar, complimentary biscuits, iron and ironing board and wardrobe cupboard with a few coat hangers. The table and chairs were very useful. We didn't use the TV.

Place was full of crack heads the walls were filthy front door had gaps in it let all the wind in and banged in the wind the bathroom was decent besides the fact that u couldn't have a shower coz the window had all the frosting scratched off everyone in car park can see you was also cold..

It wasn't clean properly it had hair in the shower drain and it was blocked and water wouldn't go down. I found black hair on the bed cover we did not sleep due to drug dealing till 4am in the morning next to our room. people coming and going on push bikes and cars all night. So we couldn't get to sleep due to the noise. We were meant to be there for 3 nights but we lefted the next morning due to our safety.As I was asked to buy drugs and do I sell them. I will never stay at this motel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
well I only like the location.not much else about the hotel....
