We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaMaybe a second arm chair would have been good, would mean someone doesn't have to sit on the bed during the day.
The location was perfect for us to access the Wharf area and main precinct of Mitchell and Smith St. The room was so spacious. We were able to have a later check out at 12 midday. The staff allowed us to store our bags for 6 hours upon checking out.

CanadaPretty basic motel accommodation. No tissues. Sheets were not high thread count. Smallish room. Foot traffic made it noisier than expected and one night people were talking loudly by the pool until 3 am. Obviously no staff on hand to shut them down.
Low-rise accommodation with some tropical landscaping. Good location. Did have laundry facilities but you had to pay. Staff were friendly and they have a very cute resident bird called pickles.

did not order breakfast. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and large, there were towels for bathroom and pool, and air con was helpful as we could feel the heat from outside the window.
