Didn’t like that the room wasn’t clean enough. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Stains still in toilet bowl and seat. And can see the soap scum on shower screens.

Location is beautiful. Pool is great! Family friendly. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Love the laidback feel of the resort. The whole island is open for guests to explore. Reef is a great bonus.

The first 3 night of our stay became a little uncomfortable as there was an issue with the air conditioner which made for an uncomfortable environment. There was a lot of condensation resulting in water dripping from our ceiling onto the floor and bedding. On our 4th night we were upgraded to a new room.

The location was truly breathtaking. The staff were helpful. We loved seeing the wildlife around the property. The food was also very good considering the limited options. Loved the pool and the pool bar. Would come again 100%

The hotel is a bit old and requires some repairs. Rusty bathtubs should be replaced with a shower suitable for 2 people. Bedside tables should be added to each bed. The Southern part of the island seems abandoned and sad, but has plenty of potential

Being on an island makes you disconnect and enjoy the world around you. Every morning, we looked out to spectacular views and made the most of every day we had there. They have lots of activities on the island (most included!) and had extra things available on the one wet day we had.

I think the resort needs some better options as it was fine dining, or pizza and burgers! I believe they would benefit with a snack bar / afternoon bakery type area for more casual dinning. Also better access to drinking water on site as not everyone wants to drinks cocktails!

Lovely experience, unfortunately no sandy beaches since all the coral washed up. So bring water shoes for swimming etc

Bathrooms were not clean, did not get rooms close together for the family (as requested), only two restaurants open on the island (more advertised on their website) and lots of scheduled activities were not held (such as the glass bottom kayak tours, painting). The food options are minimal - think about families more (rather than trying to squeeze every last $ out of people).

Barely any food options, only 1 kid friendly restaurant and you need to factor in at least $200 per day for food for a family of 4. Many Staff weren't overly friendly or helpful, activities often cancelled.

Good activities for older kids, standard hotel rooms, Australian wildlife is cool. Very relaxing. The reefs are nice.

Out of the five bedrooms 4 had problems from rooms feeling wet and the floors slippery, to one with the bathroom flooded every time they used the bath/shower having to cover the floor with towels, all reported to staff

Bath shower wasn't the best and would clog easily, split system aircon position direct over bed blowing blast of cold air on a nd off. Food and drinks on the expensive side not a complaint just something need to be prepared for given there are not alternatives on the island.

You notice that the Hotel is kept up by work and travelers, though they are doing their jobs well especially in the heat that they sometimes have to work in but you notice that they are not professionally trained, so you’d finde dirty dishes at breakfast. Breakfast in and of itself was a game of luck. If you come at the right time you will not wait in lines or find food empty. The breakfast area is way too small to cater to so many guests. Furthermore, it is a bit paradox to ask guest not to bring food or even just snacks on the island but day guests are allowed to. Even worse take-out food from the restaurants was the first to be eaten by the birds at the pool.

Our room was beautiful and we had a wonderful view towards the pool and the ocean. The pool and amenities, like free activities, were all kept up well and a nice way to spend a few days relaxing there. The food at the restaurants was delicious but a bit pricey.

Amazing location…. But there are so few food options. Buffet breakfast (included) was great but there is only two choices for lunch and dinner with very limited menus.
