House is a little run down but given it’s in a tropical area it’s totally expected.

This property is in a nice quiet location, close to all that you need. Beds were super comfy. Layout is good, has a big spacious deck and gorgeous swimming pool. Great for kids and adults.

It is very tired, and there was mold on parts of the paint work which can be expected in tropics, but it could do with a deep clean and some renovation. The floors were a bit dirty, but we did clean this up. The main area of concern is the internal staircase which can be a bit dangerous for young children. Also, if you are sleeping in the loft there is no door, and any sounds travels up the stairs as well all the hot air from below. This loft is very big with only one AC unit which does not cope with the heat. There are lot of louvres in the place which don't seal very well and they let heat and light in.

The house was large to fit my family for our Christmas. It had a great deck with wonderful views of the sea and also a pool which they came and fixed before Christmas Day. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and appliances. There was a new BBQ on the deck. The beds were quite comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Alot of the lights upstairs didnt work, and the pool was dirty (not their fault its the trees around) and when we tried to clean it the pool supplies were filthy...

The views were amazing and the pool was great to keep cool.... the main bed in loft was like a cloud to sleep on.... perfect

The house is very run down and needs a good deep clean, fresh paint and the mould issue throughout on the ceilings & walls needs addressing- very unhealthy especially for guests with mould allergies. Upon arrival the house just didn’t look very clean, it seems the bare minimum is done to make it appear clean and that’s about it. We had to put blankets over the outdoor lounges because the material on them was stained and filthy. Blankets in bedrooms also didn’t appear to be clean, one had a sticky mozzie patch still attached to it- gross! There were a lot of very large cockroaches in the house, some dead left under the stair case- due to poor attention to detail from cleaners I would assume, and many running around at night, the top bedroom, deck and kitchen is were they seemed to be mostly. The bedroom on ground floor that overlooks the pool (at back of house) had a “termite bait” box sticky taped to the ceiling- which was lovely to find/realise after setting our baby up in her cot and placing the cot directly under it for her sleep (before we realised what was hanging on the ceiling & moved the cot) lucky it didn’t fall!!! In the tv room on the middle floor there is a loose power point just hanging out of the wall- so safe with children. Some louvers don’t work, some screen doors don’t latch/lock properly. This house has a lot of potential- sadly though I don’t think you can keep charging what you charge until it’s given a good freshen up, reading through past reviews it seems maybe things are “bandaid fixed” rather than properly fixed.

Great location, beautiful big deck to enjoy the lovely views. Air Cons worked great to keep us cool.

Whilst we managed to have a largely pleasant stay, there are some issues with the house that we felt you should be aware of. 1. The top floor ceiling fan doesn't work, making the dormitory room unbearable to sleep in - in fact I called the office on Saturday to try and get a resolution, and whilst I appreciated that an electrician couldnt get the parts over the holiday weekend, I did request that someone bring a floor-standing fan to alleviate the heat.  Nothing happened, and we ultimately had no choice but to buy an inflatable air bed so that the children could sleep comfortably on the ground floor. 2. The first floor bedroom's air conditioner also does not work, so the guests staying in that room were obliged to sleep on the sofa in the 1st floor lounge.   3. The ground floor television has a load of loose wires hanging out of the back and does not turn on a picture. So much for a family movie time together! 4. The Weber BBQ ignition does not work , and as none of us were smokers, we had to go and purchase an ignition switch. 5. The verandah's ceiling lights above the dining table do not work, so we were obliged to eat in the dark! 6. Overall the house is very dirty and run down, and I do not think the photos on your website(s) accurately reflect the standard of the house that we found. The walls all need a clean and the outdoor dining furniture has thick mould on it. Because of these issues listed above, eight of our group of twelve left the property a night early so that they could go home to a comfortable sleep, curtailing their holiday prematurely.
