A bit oldish, but in good condition. Some of the rooms are located on the 2nd floor, without elevator.

Good location, 15-20 minutes walk from the Reef terminal, while the hotel is located in a quieter area. Big room. Light control next to bed. Daily room cleaning. Nice receptionist.

When you book a room, they take a deposit, which is fair enough. However when asked for coins to use the laundry to do some washing and request charging to room/taking from the deposit. Request denied, then it takes 20 mins to go and find an atm and get cash out. Frustrating.

Great restaurant and food. One of the best Asian restaurants I have found in Cairns so far.

Do not get rooms near staff area, they are very loud. Room itself was fine. Upstairs was loud and staff area next room very loud. Had no idea it was a non smoking place, so you are literally on the foot path with heaps of others.

Room facilities are quite outdated (such as the washbasin with cracks), room was a bit small, table was small with 2 simple chairs only (my room is standard double room with a large double bed), no exhaust fan in bathroom, lights is not bright enough…

A grab rail in the bathroom and toilet would have been great to assist with getting in and out of the bathtub or getting on and off the toilet as the toilet seat is very low.

Thank you for arranging ground level room as requested. It was very ideal for my husband as he has mobility issues. It was very suitable for him to go from room to taxi which pulled up right outside the door. Easy access to our room and to the restaurant.

It was very noisy - you could hear everything from the room above and outside so we didn't sleep that well. Also, both pools were very dirty and needed cleaning.

We requested an early check in and arrived around 10.30am - it was sorted which was most appreciated. We also asked to be poolside ground floor which we were. Great location, v close to everything, very spacious room, great water pressure in shower and comfy bed.

I asked for a rubber mat for the shower , which was over the bath , as we were worried about slipping being older persons. The tv didn’t work. We thought it was batteries, but no, Even with new batteries, it still didn’t work. The floor wasn’t very clean. Maybe a bedside table on both sides would be helpful. Need another mirror in the room. A full length mirror preferably.

Bed was comfy. View out to pool was nice. Food from yum sing was quite nice. We had this on two occasions.
