We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe oven is difficult to turn on and at one point we gave up using it. Maybe it would be better to replace it or rather have a user guide provided in the case when the power button of the oven is turned off and then on. The ceiling fan in the bedroom opposite to toilet was not working. The outdoor table had dirt underneath and the paint from the table got on to the hands.
The location, the cleanliness and the kitchen utilities provided.

AustraliaWe enjoyed a week of racing yachts as we do most years in the Sail Port Stephend only to have a sour tast left this year by the increadibly rude booking agent at this business. He claimed I hadn't paid for one night - I disagreed as I am sure I wanted to depart on Sunday morning. Instead of discussing it civil he angrily shouted down the phone that Booking .com can get the money from me and hung up before I could respond. There is a chance I was wrong - I haven't checked yet, however it's rare that I've been shouted at like that! Never again using this business!
