Hard to find for initial check in, a bit confusing.

Great location, right on the promenade and great view. Spacious with full kitchen, living room, balcony and washer and dryer.

Nothing to dislike

This property is in a fantastic location with the trams stopping right outside and great restaurants just a short walk away. Checking in and out was super easy and the staff were lovely and happily kept my bags after check out while I spent the day in the city. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect with a stunning view, I stayed here back in 2015 and it lived up to the memory I had of it. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only negative that I have is that we didn't know what building we were going into before we arrived and it was quite a long walk from the office to the building we were actually in. The pictures of the outside of the building are misleading and show the one just across the road from the office.

The view was great, Easy access to trams in the free tram zone, restaurants, and shopping center. The beds were unreal !! The aircon was great and fast free wifi. Access to the building was easy. It's clean and we even had cleaners come in halfway through our stay. The staff were great to deal with.

Hallway was a bit smelly (like curry), I guess this is due to some of the apartments being owner occupied. When in the apartment all was great and you couldn’t smell it.

Excellent location, so easy getting around by tram or Uber. Apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed.

The view from the apartment was fantastic. Although there were bars & restaurants close by it was not noisy as we were on the 15th floor. Tram stops very close by to get into the city & beyond. The beds were large & very comfortable & housekeeping done once a week.

Was a bit confusing picking up the keys from one building, then driving to the car park and finding our room - first world problems though.

Was pleasantly surprised by the apartment, as it was on the cheaper side I was sceptical that the images wouldn't match the actual room. I will 100% stay here again. The big terrace with harbour views was awesome.

Nothing! The lounge suite is perhaps a little worn out; although still clean & comfortable! The bedroom was very warm over night but we used a fan.

This property is in the middle of the Newquay Precinct at the Docklands. Walking distance to all necessities and a 1 minute walk to the free trams. The apartment is on the top level with a huge balcony overlooking the water. Every amenity you could possibly need is available for an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable King sized bed, large open dining/lounge area, separate laundry & fully equipped kitchen with an oven and full sized fridge. Also a single fold out bed available and pedestal fans in the bedroom wardrobe. The place was spotless on arrival & we hope to return again.

Great apartment, great views and with the free tram so close that took us straight from town to the tennis (or other trams that could take us into the middle of cbd) we found this a much better option than staying in hotel rooms in the cbd. Great communication from apartment management and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!
