The main issue was the bed being way too soft which has you waking up with back pain. There also seem to be a lot of busses driving right by causing enough noise to disrupt sleep in an otherwise quiet neighbourhood.

Great little studio with most necessities. Clean and in pretty good condition.

I liked that the property was well fenced so I could relax with my dog. She immediately found the basket of dog balls and was happy playing with them. It was a short walk to the lake and the accommodation had been very thoughtfully kitted out.

Communication with the host. I did not receive email for direction of property and key code till day of arrival. Would've preferred if she had done it through booking website as that was what I was looking at to check in. Not everyone checks their email on the day while they are driving to destination.

Wifi coverage was so weak, so we used our own mobile data but still could not be able to watch the Netflix.

pets freindly without extra charge is bonus. The room is super clear and bed is comfortable.

The area was very rough and made us wary about the safety of our car. When we turned up, it was a small garage at the back of someone's house. There was no parking as such and we had to go through an ordinary metal fence to access the property.

The place was immaculate and spotless. Everything was clean and new. It felt like a high class motel.

It was a bit small but suited the one-night stay. The paving stones from entry to door need to be laid more evenly and the latch on the entry gate could be better. The sink area was small but just doable.

The cooking utilities were in good condition, lots of cleaning products and extras in the cupboards - felt like the guests were trusted. Compared to the cabin stayed in beforehand, it was excellent and the dog had some grass and outdoor area. Everything was easily accessible. The hosts were very quick to respond to texts.

Nothing it was perfect.

Comfortable studio. Stayed for a couple of nights for a wedding. Our dog had a great time at the local dog beach. Facilities are modern.

A quiet area that's close to shops and a short drive to The Entrance. The host was very accommodating and communication was clear. Loved that we were able to bring our dog along with us.

The only niggling thing was the pillows were too soft for us but this was no real issue.

We loved how we could take our dogs with us, every item we would need was provided and how wonderfully quiet the location is.

Didn't realise the property was a converted garage; was very small, even for 2 people (suitable for perhaps a 1 night stay only); were asked to strip the bed before we left (why, I don't know); the ceiling fan was noisy (had an annoying humming sound).

Location was okay; close to Budgewoi town centre; bed was good; air-con was good; courtyard was a nice size; wi-fi was good.

For us, the bed was too soft. The small lawn needed a mow as our pooch didn’t like the longish wet grass.

Very clean and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. Towels and bedding were clean, lovely thick toilet paper! Clear expectations from the host re: departure.

This is a converted single car garage. It is very small. The owner had a set of rules that were written on a board near the fridge. All guests were to empty the bins, strip the bed, and basically do all the housekeeping. If you want a holiday from home but still do the housework then this is the place for you! Personally we thought it was very cheeky of the owner to charge us for doing her work especially after driving a long distance to get to her accomodation. I will not be staying there again.

The uneven entrance through the noisy gate. The kitchen sink area was small. The aircon fan blew on to the outside table and chairs so in hot weather, it was even hotter from the fan.

It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. All the appliances were supplied. The yard was just the right size for a dog on a small trip away.

Bed wasn't made the sheets, and doona where just thrown onto the bed in a heap for me to make. They were not even folded neaty on the bed for me to do. Table ornament was left on the floor & not placed back onto the table. Back gate can't be locked if you have a dog for safety.

Close to beach & lake Quiet spot & street Great outside covered area to eat Very small but neat for an overnight stay it is great more than a night to small to move in. Fan & air con fantastic addition to the place.

The property was clean, equipped with all kitchen utensils, crockery etc. Smart tv. The bed was very comfy. The property was nice and private with high fences, perfect for keeping our puppy safe during our stay.
