Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe hotel looks as if it has been refurbished but still a lot to improve. The corridor to the room needs new carpets and the walls need redecorating. You can see some areas look tired but they have improved in the reception area.
Check in was quick, room was clean and bed was comfy. Location is excellent, short walk to restaurants, shops and pubs.

AustraliaFridge was very small. The bar on the bottle shelf in the door was missing so minimising the number of drinks which could be stored. Shower took forever to heat up. Balconies are very small, not enough room for 2 people to sit on.
2 Queen sized beds very comfortable with loads of pillows. Armchair also comfortable. Good wifi. Great location. Buffet breakfast was of standard condition. Lovely setting looking out onto the pool. Late check out was greatly appreciated.

AustraliaGreat room and location. Hotel doesn’t look appealing from the outside but the inside is lovely. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, we went downstairs and evacuated. There was no staff in sight for at least 10 minutes and after fire brigade came and cleared staff advised we could return to our room… no apology for disturbance or compensation. Other then that room was comfortable.

AustraliaAlthough I had provided my credit card number to reserve the room I intended to pay by debit card. On checking I was told $100 bond was being held on my credit card but nothing about payment for the room. Upon checking out I attempted to pay using my debit card but was informed full payment had been charged to my credit card on checking in. I was not advised of this and did not authorise it. The additional charge is not huge but is annoying that I had to pay it when I shouldn’t have.

AustraliaBreakfast was good but the staff could offer a cup of tea or coffee at the table when you first sit down as it was not very busy and that is a nice bit of service. The plates need to be taken from the table when you finish with the ie(when you finish fruit or cereal) not when you get up to leave the table when you've finished your breakfast.
