The hotel was full so it got a bit chaotic at breakfast. Staff were runoff their feet trying to keep up with all the guests.

Friendly staff,especially at the reception desk. Very clean, great location and wonderful amenities. A great breakfast selection and we loved the happy hour by the pool.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable which is really important to us when booking a place to stay. It had a nice breakfast buffet and the location was handy to everything we needed.

If this hotel wants to operate a cashless system they should drop the unfair 2% charge on using cards. Servicing of the room with towels, tea and coffee making items was rather erratic. The restaurant menu was a bit limited and service was very slow at times.

The location was attractive a short walk across to the esplanade walk and an easy walk to restaurants etc. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Members of staff were very friendly.

The room was beautiful and the pool is massive. The kids loved it. The service was exceptional as we had left my sons toy behind and the staff found it and posted it to us. We were very grateful.

No written information on the hotel. Eg how to get pool towels, restaurant menu etc. link to info would have sufficed. The main issue was the scam emails from the hotel via Booking.com. They had correct booking reference and name. Has the hotel been hacked?Or has booking.com been hacked? I got these soon after booking and even got one the day I checked out offering an upgrade. Booking.com claim it is the hotels issue. I imagine the hotel is concerned that booking.com forwards these to customers.

Barista coffee should be included in the cost of breakfast, like most top hotels. Bacon at breakfast was completely dried out.

Very good, large pool. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool. Easy walk to town. Staff responded quickly to requests. e.g providing a 2nd suitcase rack in the room.
