AustraliaWhile the hotel was great the price was a little steep, but i guess you get what you pay for.
The staff were very attentive and also assisted with storing bags due to our early arrival. They made our room available by lunchtime and contacted us by phone to let us know. The rooms were new looking and clean and beds comfy. The maintenance staff were always seen to be attending to items straight away that were reported to the desk. The pool area was good and plenty of towels to use and fully resticked throughout the day. The location is good for anything around the centre of Hobart.

AustraliaThe water temperature at the Swimming pool was a bit too cold and the toilets at the poolside were probably not attended regularly. I had to call twice myself to report a dirty toilet.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Hobart during our holiday to Tasmania! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness, especially as a family with kids. The kitchen team deserves a special mention—they truly went above and beyond to meet our vegetarian dietary needs. Not only were they attentive to our requests, but they also created delicious, specially prepared meals for us throughout our stay. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton, Hobart to anyone looking for exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a truly great experience—especially for families!

AustraliaI had made a couple of requests ahead of time to make the trip a special one for the friend I was travelling with, and these were dismissed out of hand, but that’s a minor gripe in what was really a very enjoyable and happy stay.
Felt new and clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. All food and drink options were excellent. The car park and the pool were both great too.

Did not get informed about parking situation accurately and did not hire a car only to see that there’s a large under ground car park for guests.

AustraliaWas really looking forward to the pool, managed to use it once over our time as other attempts were thawted by many screaming kids in the pool (acoustic dampening in the pool area is also not the best). Also another day there was a fire drill so decided not to relax in our room over the day (was not ideal as my wife is pregnant and looking forward to midday relaxing after a morning out and about).
Staff were friendly and attentive. Check in was smooth.
