We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe room had a view of a wall, so not so great for the price of the room. Had a better view in a nearby hotel for $100 less , tv wasn't working on arrival. (Staff was very efficient to come and fix it though, while I was out) , pool was really busy so didn't use it. Received a text with happy hour after it was over. Shame as I would have tried it.

Breakfast was average and not topped up, no bread at all our first day, had to ask for some, second day was much better so possibly a staffing issue.

AustraliaI really can't think of too much, maybe the pool area, it seemed like it was a real party area but there was nothing on. But it could very well be different on Weekends. The pool also closed at 6pm which I thought was really early.
The food was amazing I got room service my first night, steak and pork belly it was incredible. The room was a great size. The staff were super friendly and everything was so easy!! I think for a stay cation in W.A you really can't look elsewhere. We all know how dodgy Northbridge is and this is really a diamond in the rough.

United KingdomWhen I booked through a third party I specifically asked for parking … the hotel does not have parking. It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm and I there was a DJ playing by the pool but he was way to loud we couldn’t talk over the music.
The location was perfect . We wanted to be close to restaurants and shopping and this was perfect. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable.. the views were amazing .
