I would have liked to be able to chrome cast to the tv, it should have been possible as it was a smart tv. That was the only thing I didn’t like

If you stay more than one night no free bottle water, after the two complimentary had been used. I think if you stay more than three nights you should get free water at least. I have stayed there a lot over four years, this trip was six nights.

The room had a view of a wall, so not so great for the price of the room. Had a better view in a nearby hotel for $100 less , tv wasn't working on arrival. (Staff was very efficient to come and fix it though, while I was out) , pool was really busy so didn't use it. Received a text with happy hour after it was over. Shame as I would have tried it.

The noise and shaking on our level. There was lots of loud creaking, shaking and banging going on from within the building. No external noise could be heard.

I could hear the elevator sounds from my room (my fault for not paying for a corner room) and you can hear people walking around since I was near the elevator.

They charged us $5 to bring up an ice bucket, which I’ve never experienced before. I don’t think that should be a thing. Slow service around the pool

Nothing really just a comment on food. We ordered beef satay and it was chewy. I think there is no excuse serving low quality beef in a country like Australia which produces the best meat in the world.

Furniture around the pool messy, understandably people move things around but it didn’t appear staff attended often to neaten things up as there were cushions everywhere. Breakfast was average and not topped up, no bread at all our first day, had to ask for some, second day was much better so possibly a staffing issue.

I really can't think of too much, maybe the pool area, it seemed like it was a real party area but there was nothing on. But it could very well be different on Weekends. The pool also closed at 6pm which I thought was really early.

The food was amazing I got room service my first night, steak and pork belly it was incredible. The room was a great size. The staff were super friendly and everything was so easy!! I think for a stay cation in W.A you really can't look elsewhere. We all know how dodgy Northbridge is and this is really a diamond in the rough.

Everything was good

It was in great location to shops lots of eatery’s etc. It’s across the road from lingerie, sex shops, peep show which was funny. So lots of people watching while you enjoy a cocktail at Hiltons bar on the street. I liked the area.

No parking and the parking lot allocated was full so we had to park at Wilson parking. I would have booked elsewhere if I had realized this.

When I booked through a third party I specifically asked for parking … the hotel does not have parking. It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm and I there was a DJ playing by the pool but he was way to loud we couldn’t talk over the music.

The location was perfect . We wanted to be close to restaurants and shopping and this was perfect. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable.. the views were amazing .
