Helpful staff, great location, excellent value and good facilities - with a bit more thought in the bathroom design, they would be great; for example, the jug can't be placed under the tap in the bathroom sink to fill the jug for a coffee.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Check in and out were super easy and convenient. Location was great as I was travelling for work.

The room...it states there's power points near bed which is not true at all.They need to take that off as its false advertising.The air-conditioner was pathetic.Even on turbo it wasn't blowing hardly anything.The power point for fridge TV and microwave were all plugged into a power board that was attached to an extension cord.We had to move our beds to even use power points.In the bathroom the dust on the window looked like it had been there for 12 months or more and the basin is way too big for the bathroom.The bathroom towels need updating as you could almost see through them.There was rubbish underneath one of the so called bedside table.Room got serviced but they did not replace any new towels. I would have rated this room a 4 or 5 if booking.com allowed it.

It was quite noisy initially. There were people outside talking which I could hear very loudly in my room. It did settle fairly quickly.

Quality of the toilet tissue far too thin recommend charging an extra dollar a room for a far better product to be included with the room & to be super critical the Position of the tv, temperature of fridge, no ash trays supplied.

Fact the property is welcoming of pets, quality linens, firm supportive mattress, extensive lighting installation in the room, with the cool and warm options set up appropriately for the bed, airflow of ac unit, Toowoomba printing on the artwork above the bed. Friendly staff who answered questions.

The front door needed some tender loving care.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean, the shower was beautiful, there was good pressure, and it was very warm. Bed was comfortable. It was a lovely stay. We were very close to everything we needed.

All good. Only feedback from Unit 9, is that there was only one coffee mug, and that there was no light bulb in the bed lamp on the side closest to the entry door, so we took the bulb out of the light closer to the windows, and put it in the bedside fitting.

Smoke drifted inside from other residents smoking outside. We needed some instructions on how to use the shower taps correctly. Rooms were quite small with no view to outside.

The bookings selection can be more clear on pet, I guess it is Bookings platform issue.

Location is great, so many shops around and cafe nearby. Services were really good. We had some issues with booking, but it was solved with satisfaction.

Beds could be softer to be honest. I did struggle with that. Funny location that you'd miss of not looking out.

I liked the location, which was odd but central to Toowoomba and the price was great too. The staff were super good. Sorted everything and helped in my way they could. Good rooms for a low price, great clean and refurbished bathroom. On a main road but you wouldn't know it.
