The simplistic, stylist and comfortable room was nice to come back to after my adventures of the day. The location to Echo Point/hiking and public transport made it the perfect base. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, even though they were dealing with the aftermath of violent storms which had caused damage to motel. A minor maintenance problem (door lock and broken light) was rectified immediately upon advising reception. Great location, close to Echo Point, Scenic World and main street of Katoomba. Very clean. Comfortable beds, modern, fresh decor. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Separate bedroom for adults

New ZealandWe chose the King "scenic view" room...if you think looking down on the motel carpark as scenic..well... Also needs better curtains as the room is quite lit up at night from outside glow.
Location to tourist spots and public transport was great. The front receptionist on at the time was pleasant and very helpful with giving us recommendations about places to dine at.

It was located within walking distance of the Three Sisters and the location was central to a lot of walking tracks. It looked freshly renovated and was very clean and tidy.

AustraliaSome towels and linen were lightly stained. Rubbish bin provided was tiny and it was not emptied daily which became a problem as even the bin at the reception was full. Glassware were not cleaned very well and tufts of hair found on carpet. Very curiously the laundry facility is only open from 9-5 which is very limiting. Would've been better if they just gave tenants a passcode to enter the laundry.
Location was amazing, just a stones' throw from the three sisters. Had all the facilities one would need (however couldn't find any cutlery even though there was a microwave).
