Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My partner and I booked last minute accommodation for our anniversary and we’re pleasantly surprised by the room. The room was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The enjoyed a coffee in bed while looking at the mountains and loved walking down to the three sisters. The lady at reception suggested a spot for dinner and breakfast and both suggestions were 10/10! We will definitely be staying again and have already recommended the accommodation to others.

Wifi was down the entire stay, and so the TV couldn’t be operated. Room wasn’t made up on one day even though we indicated we required one; we left in the morning so there would have been ample to do so. After hours manager was kind enough to offer a workaround though but it wasn’t worth the hassle.

There was nobody on staff at 8:30am when I wanted to check out. I wasn’t able to wait around til 9. The sign said to call for assistance but nobody answered and the message on the answering machine wasn’t helpful. Yet the office was unlocked? That wasn’t a great experience.
The outside was deceptive compared to how ultra modern it was on the inside. Great value for money and great location.

I did not like that there is no reception at early morning or late night not even just an on-call staff. Phone number was place on display on the reception table but was only responded with an answering machine.
Nice set up of rooms, updated decor and very near tourist spots/attractions.

The microwave wasn't clean properly, when I opened the microwave door, there were tons of ants inside which made me ran out to Coles to buy some pesticides in the rain lol. Have to clean all my stuff since the microwave cupboard is attached to the only bench in the room which I put most of my belongings on it.
location is great, there's bus stop right in front the door. The staff is nice and welcome too.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.
Great location - short stroll to the 3sisters lookout. Super modern, clean, large room with amazingly comfortable bed. The bathroom was completely new and roomy and stylish. The room was decorated tastefully and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay.

Was poorly / part renovated. Bath moved so too worried to use it. No toilet roll holder or mirror anywhere. Only PowerPoints in main room were behind bed so couldn’t use.
