Room as slightly noisy due to tiles in the hall way you could clearly hear the conversations down in the reception area but i wouldn't say that really effected our amazing stay

Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. No screens on window, so hard to have it open for natural breeze.

The bathroom was very small, and the sliding door for it did not feel sturdy, but otherwise, it was clean and still felt like it was overall a good value for money.

Based upon the time we looked for hotels, this was one of the cheapest available stays. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who assisted us and allowed us to store our bags. The hotel is clearly still under renovation but the quality of the toom was top notch with all new fixtures and a comfy bed. Location was great as it was close to the three sisters lookout, sky world and hiking trails. Although we didn't drive, as it is a motel, you have easily accessible parking too.

I got exactly what I wanted from my stay so no complaints . I was a bit startled by the $1700 + for fire alarm activation. I understand the exposure and that not all visitors will be sensible and careful when visiting your motel. I just thought there may be a better way of dealing with this exposure. A case of all care but you the guest wear the responsibility if you understand what I mean. Bottom line I liked my stay very much and I would readily stay again. Thank you

Location location location perfect for a walk and photography around the 3 sister Echo Point and the Valley. Magnificent iconic Australian mountain landscape. The ease of access to katoomba commercial centre without being caught up in the hustle abd bustle. I am feeling renewed by my visit and stay. Thank you so much ♥️

This my 3rd time staying here I was in room 117 And mid night time can here some noise like washing machine running kind of noise and toilet commode is bit dirty and toilet bit smelly too Although room should provide more facial tissue and couple of drinking water. As no water bottle provided. Other than it’s good

Fridge with freezer compartment so I could freeze bricks to take fridge food home.

I had one of the older rooms with a view across the lawn. Beautiful linen on the beds, well appointed for meals with travelling companions. Such a convenient location.

The great rooms are disguised by an extremely ugly exterior, made all that much worse by the decision to paint it as grey as an LNP voter's soul.

Extremely comfortable and very well refurbished rooms Staff can be difficult to contact outside reception hours, but are otherwise eager to help. Overall, good value and a great location.

Moldy smell, if you are alergic it will be hard to breath after a while. Keeping door and window open made it less detectable. Room was so clammy that neither the towels in the barhroom nor the clothing ( which got wet on a rainy day) dryed at all. But I think they can't do much about it because of the moist climate
