We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongCustomer service no. was busy or unattended and required long waiting time. Insufficient instructions or notice at reception to guide customers how to self check in after hours. All customers felt helpless to obtain pin no to access the room keys.
I love the bed which was very comfortable. Room and facilities are very clean and tidy.

Set a little way out of town (Katoomba) in a residential area, it’s a great location for seeing the 3 Sisters rock formation and visitor centre, also for cliff top / woodland walks to the nearby Scenic World attraction which is well worth a visit.
