We stayed in a two bedroomed cottage with amazing views across the bay. Welcomed in the morning by pademelons and singing birds. We accidentally left an iphone charger in our cottage and Edge of the Bay immediately contacted us and are sending it back to us. Staff were very friendly.

Weak WiFi

Loved the location — near town, near national park, yet it feels so secluded and private. Beautiful beach and rocks right out our deck. Sweet wallabies that came to visit each evening (don’t feed them!!). Excellent staff, very friendly and responsive and helpful. Very comfortable bed, pillows, nice new bathroom with counter space and good mirrors and lighting (things that ladies look for). Big desk where I could write, set up laptop. Cute kitchenette with fridge big enough to hold several bottles of wine that we collected nearby at the fantastic wineries. Wonderful darkness at night so we could see zillions of stars and the Milky Way. Magical place!! Highly highly recommend.

No cloths in kitchen (though scouring pad) but provided rapidly. Coffee machine had wrong capsules, but provided by end of stay. Washing machine powder would have been useful. Dishwasher didn't work but was fixed quickly No internet, apparently a recent problem with the house Residence is not on the main site so access to restaurant involved a drive, or a 20 minute walk through the bush which we hadn't expected

Nothing! It was perfect!

This place was a little slice of heaven tucked into the edge of the Freycinet Park. Absolutely wonderful. Comfortable. Spacious. Great big glass patio doors, wallabies bobbing around on the property, super comfortable bed, great big bathroom that was super clean, couch, small kitchenette, and closet area. Less than 10 months drive to Freycinet. The stars at night light up the sky, all you have to do is turn all the lights off in the room. So sad we only had one night here, I could see staying there for weeks on end. So peaceful and serene. The reception was absolutely lovely. If they’re not in at the moment you arrive they’re on property so just give them a ring and they’ll be right over. Plenty of room adjacent parking. Honestly loved everything about it!

Lucky enough to be upgraded to a modern suite closer to the resort's own beach and restaurant. Incredible views from the Verge Restaurant, friendly staff, and great cocktails 🍸 Ice creamery at Coles Bay is the best.

Probably the only thing I found was when our neighbours moved their out door furniture to the next room to socialize, they could see directly into our room while they were moving around outside. But that was only a couple of times and not for long. I also think the restaurant main Wagyu option wasn’t given quite enough love when cooked, but it was still good.

A spectacular location, lovely modern room with amazing views. Friendly attentive staff. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The scallops and pork belly croquets were stand out entrees in the restaurant.

unfortunately the 'kitchenette' had no stove or microwave, only a toaster and a kettle. maybe better signage would help encourage people to walk behind the chalets and not across everyone's front gardens for more privacy?

The on-site restaurant and bar were closed for the 2 nights I stayed there which meant I had to adjust my plans for the stay. Not a biggie but it would have been nice to know when I booked...

It’s a really minor issue - but I wish the bench seat on the balcony was facing the view rather than the tree. Or there were some extra outdoor seats we could face toward the view

We stayed in a secluded cabin (#7) and it was AMAZING! The views from the lounge and main bedroom are second to none. The outdoor fire/BBQ was great too! The staff were super friendly and helpful.
