The swimming pools arent very deep so generally the water is pretty warm

The appt was clean, comfortable with plenty of room. Only lacks a kitchen for longer term stays (There is a microwave and a good BBQ area)

It's a drive to the beach which is okay during the week, but Agnes gets packed over the weekend so good luck finding a park, Noisy neighbour and got woken early the next day by workers,

From the warm welcome to the beautiful scenery and pools, it was exactly what we needed. The 2bedroom unit was very spacious and looked onto the amazing pools.

The lady in the office rang me twice. Once when I initially booked and then again a week out from arriving to confirm the ages of people staying in the room. Was quite rude about me using booking.com to book the accommodation. Asked if I would be also going and if we were schoolies, even though school was not yet out and the ages of the kids were varying from 16 to 8. All of the information required was entered in booking.com when I booked.

The room was beautiful, right by the pool.

Everything was exceptional at and with the property. Just like a five star resort. View of one of 4 pools from the lounge room. One pool is heated. Very large communal garden with seating lounges and bbqs. The accommodation was very clean and quiet. Very close to the beach walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this villa. The rooms were clean, secure, and comfortable, and the pools were well-maintained and a great place to relax. The whole property felt organized and peaceful, which made it easy to unwind. It’s also in a quiet location, which I appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again when traveling to Agnes and would recommend it to others.

Great 1 bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was a starter pack of everything ( washing up liquid, gladwrap, foil, washing powder, etc) The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the pools and BBQ facilities were excellent. Nice friendly host, too

There are owners that live in the apartment complex so you are going to hear a little bit of background noise from a tv or radio if windows are left open

One bedroom apartment was above our expectations and excellent value for money for a resort style apartment. The bedroom had a "wow factor"! Roomy and the pool was just outside where you could just hang out or do laps! The caretaker was excellent when we told him we had broken a glass and when we had to come back to the property after checking out as we had left something behind. Good having a carport to shelter our car.

Absolutely loved this place.. lots of love put into the grounds, the condo was so cute and Dave was an absolute delight to chat with! If I ever find my way back to Agnes waters I’ll surely be staying there again..

Everything was fantastic

Great size property, with air conditioning units in each room and living room (we were in a heat wave). Great to have the pool right outside the unit. Fantastic location between Agnes and 1770. Full size kitchen and fridge with utensils and bbqs available in the pool area. Will definitely stay again.

Only issue we couldn’t get any channels on TV. We just used our iPads instead as it was late when we found out. Wasn’t a major issue though. Maybe the information could be updated in the info folder for guests?

Comfy chairs around dining table. It was great that we were supported with a big bowl for the salad and a bowl to use in the microwave that was not part of the kitchen equipment.

Dust all under the beds, on the fans and in the vents. Also there was no fire blanket/extinguisher. Thought that was very unsafe.
