The heater was broken and so was the window was charged extra for entering early even though that was discussed at booking, the owner was rude and closed the reception door (locked) during open hours

Was Dirty, sheets had hairs on them so hadn't been changed, spider webs around room, glass between shower and room was all cracked and had a weird frosted turn on and off switch, drinking glasses in bathroom were dirty, bathroom was dirty in sink and on tap and lots of silicone around holding things together, room was very run down and needs to be brought up to a normal living standard, Said Deluxe Room which it definetly wasn't anything deluxe about it. Would call it barely stay able room just made us want to get back in our car and find another place after seeing the room. The beds were so hard myself and kids all had bad sore backs and didn't sleep much from them, If you wouldn't live in it then shouldn't be rented out. Wouldn't stay here again.

The decor is tacky and everything seems very run down. The skirting boards and areas around chairs, bedside tables etc were extremely dusty. The power point beside the bed was hanging off the wall. The frosted glass full size window between the bathroom and bedroom area becomes see through when the lights are on meaning you can see someone in the shower and toilet. The lighting in the bathroom is totally inadequate for doing any makeup one overhead light which gives shadows) and there is no additional mirror in the bedroom area. Path areas are slippery and dark. The bed was hard.

The staff were very friendly on arrival. It was the only accommodation near the venue we needed to attend for a party. The bathroom was very clean. The pillows were a good size, not too high.

In bad need of renovation and maintenance of property was very poor. Very tired rooms, decor is outdated, mix of permanent & motel residents. Had requested a ground floor room for 91 yo mum and they expected her to climb two flights of stairs. Had to swap rooms ourselves and then they didn’t clean room as promised. TV lopsided, no dish cloths or tissues.

The room was dirty, there was dust in the toilet roll holder, cobwebs everywhere, really dirty under the beds. It obviously isn’t thoroughly cleaned regularly. It put me off using the cups as I wasn’t sure they would be sanitary. The bathroom screen connecting to the main room was completely see through….anyone using the shower or toilet could be seen in the main bedroom which had two beds. This is very odd and uncomfortable. When checking out the reception area smelt very strongly of faeces it was very clear someone had recently used the bathroom and those areas shouldn’t smell like that.

The location and surrounding nature and grounds are very beautiful.

The room smelt awful, we left to buy Glen20 to try and kill the smell, that didn't work. The bathroom/shower has a see through window into the bedroom with mold through the bathroom and shower. Completely inappropriate for a family, I actually don't know what sort of hotel this is! There was a fight in the carpark with swearing and yelling mid afternoon. Rubbish bags, dirty linen and cigarette ash outside of our room. Does not look like images online at all. I would not recommend this motel.

Cleaning was very poor and maintenance of things like door latches tap fittings etc need major attention. The fact that the hotel is also used as temp accomodation for people while seems like a good thing to do the people staying when we stayed were ill mannered loud and obnoxious with no consideration for other guests. we did not feel safe at all.
