United StatesThe front desk was closed and locked most of the time, even during its posted hours. The wifi and telephone didn't work, and no one returned my call to the front desk about this. There were many small flies on the curtains. The room key had to be positioned a specific way (horizontal) in order to work, and no instructions were provided. Definitely not worth $150 - maybe more like $75-quality.
The beds were clean and comfortable.

AustraliaI asked months ago for a 1:00pm check in. this was honoured. I was running late and did not arrive to the venue until 2:00pm and my room was still not ready. I said I have to be at a wedding in. 30 minutes and they just ignored me and were still in the room. The room was disgusting and not clean at all. I would actually rather a refund of my money as I am not happy.

AustraliaBooked a room with a kitchenette, got an entirely different room with no kitchen. Room had rubbish from previous guests, was dirty and poorly maintained. No power points except for the bathroom and a power board on the floor. The toilet was not affixed to the floor, the taps leaked everywhere. Water leaking from the shower had rotted the door frame completely through. Skirtings we’re not properly fixed to the walls etc. The renovations were obviously not completed by professionals. Like another poster, I too witnessed a domestic argument in the middle of the night and thought about calling the police. Saw a dripping wet guest come out of his room because his room had no towels. For $199 a night I expected much better. Was planning on staying 2 nights but went elsewhere.

AustraliaThe room was dirty, it didn’t have 2 x double beds like was advertised when I booked. There was mould in the shower, the facilities were very old and eerie. The bed was uncomfortable and it was not kid friendly at all, with a number of flights of stairs to get to our room.
Overall we didn’t like the property at all. The location was ok for where we needed to go but I would not stay there again.

AustraliaOur room was filthy and I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. I felt dirtier after shower than I did before due to the filth in the shower. We booked a spa bath room however didn’t use it due to how dirty everything was. The kitchenette was disgusting so we didn’t even make a coffee or anything as we didn’t feel comfortable. The fridge smelt like off milk and everything was covered in a thick layer of grime.
Great location with beautiful views and the staff member that checked us in was lovely.
