AustraliaWe stayed in the marble room with a spa, the room did not look like the pictures above. It was dark, musty and smelled of smoke. There were also cigarette burn marks on the couch. I would say the room is used as a staff room instead. Spa bath could not be used as soon as you start the spa, all the dirt in the filters came out. Dead bugs in the shower, the bed had 2 pillows, and the pillows in the wardrobe were full of dust. I don't understand how they can charge $350 on their website. I couldn't be bothered to take pictures either.
The location was only the really highlight to the venue we had to attend. The staff advised the aircon in the room is not working and to put the lounge room. Air-conditioning on.

AustraliaThere was no tea towel to dry cups after having a tea. There were no teaspoons for stirring the tea. The remote control didn't work as the batteries were dead. The carpet was rather grubby so I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. The hotel is rather tired and needs some updating. The furniture was rather old and plates basic, mismatched and for two only, as well as the cutlery - tinny and mismatched as well. There was only one double electricity outlet near the kettle and another double in the bathroom, nothing near the bed.
The bed was quite comfortable. Only two pillows left together on the bed, I felt they believed only 1 person was booking and not two. But we found 2 more pillows in the cupboard.

TurkeyI found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The mini kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, and it was very quiet at night. Michael at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. The location is close to Eltham, in a beautiful natural setting. Overall I had a great stay.

AustraliaThe first night the police were called on other people staying there and then on the same night at 2am there was someone smashing glass, doing burnouts in the carpark, people yelling and carrying on and the police attended again. The hotel wasn’t clean, all of the dishes were dirty, the fridge didn’t work properly, the doona on the bed was dirty with stains. Unfortunately we will not be coming back again. There was rubbish around the outside of the motel a trailer full of junk it looked like a dumping ground

AustraliaThere were too many steps for my daughter who has a problem with her knee and found it hard work climbing them. Would ask for a room on the lower floor another time. There was dust on some surfaces, which didn't impress. Some drawers were stuck and we couldn't open them at all. For us no problem as we didn't have much luggage.
The room was a good size and had most of the things you would expect in a motel. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning made things comfortable too. The manager was very helpful when we asked for help. The room had obviously been upgraded and was in good condition.

AustraliaThe gardens are in serious need of maintenance. Outdoor areas could do with upgrade and clean up. The room had dust issues, the drapes were in poor condition and the the provided cups/mugs were less than required and ordinary quality. This motel did not present as value for the money we paid.
The motel location was convenient for our needs. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The shower had good water pressure and temperature.

AustraliaWe asked for flower petals and candles when we first contacted Eltham gateway and they had said they were able to do this for us and we never got it which was very disappointing being our wedding night. There was a lot of cobs webs and spiders all around the room and in the curtains. The remote for the tv was no where to be found so we couldn’t use the tv. The bathroom tap had toothpaste all over it from previous people that have stayed. There was a red back spider in the jets of the hot tub which was very dangerous. There was only one towel for two people staying there so we had to resort to drying ourselves with face washers.
The bed was clean and very comfortable and the rest of the room was decently clean. They had late night check in which was very helpful.
