The grounds were unkept at the back where i was staying, the carpets around the architraves were extremely dusty, behind the tv was dusty, the kettle didn’t open and appeared dirty, cobwebs in the bathroom and mould in the shower

I arrived at 12.15pm, and it was a big effort by the staff to check if the room was ready early. It was, so the receptionist charged $10 extra to access it to simply drop my bags and head to a wedding venue nearby and didn't return until 11 pm that evening to sleep so hardly used it. No milk in the fridge for a cup of tea in the morning and bathroom was not very clean, basin was grimey with mini trash can full from previous guests (banana peel, etc). TV sound faded in and out. Furniture very dated with chips and marks.

Dated decor and window finishings made the place feel dark and dusty The amount of stairs to get to our room was killer but more so the state of them, they looked like they may fall apart And the general outdoors and gardens of the place where dirty and unkept

Everything! The whole room was filthy and I refused to shower myself or the kids. The night we went to get into bed the cover had blood all over it! It made me physically sick and couldn’t sleep in the bed. No staff to report this to even at check out. Absolutely appalled and DO NOT recommend

Mouldy, dirty shower, grime all-round the base of shower door. 2nd bedroom single bed was broken. Curtains dropped dust everywhere when opening. Very limited tea, coffee milk supplied. Some staff don't understand English, when requested more tea they did not understand. Furniture very dated and old. Couches stained. Air-conditioner look dirty, didn't want to use it. Cutlery and crockery mismatched. Generally the property needs a financial input, and major clean.

Generally poor level of clenliness. Cobwebs and dust in the room. Curtains were hanging off the rail. Holes in wall covered with wallpaper. Carpets very stained. Had kitchenette (1 hotplate and microwave) but very little cleaning supplies. Only one set of plates for a two bed room. Microwave up too high making it dangerous. Had to use face cloths for drying dishes. No coat hangers in cupboard. No lift for upstairs rooms. Had to carry luggage up stairs. No chair in the room so when cooking in room had to sit on the bed. No full length mirror only face hight. No communication folder in the rooms. TV only had digital channels.

Some staff were friendly others didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was quite clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I would definitely return for another visit. Highly recommended!

I love that it’s convenient to take public transport if you want to, and there’s so much parking if you have a car. It’s quiet and feels safe. I love that you can see bunnies and even Kookaburras from the property. The bed was comfy and the staff are so friendly.

The room location in the complex was very difficult to gettoo , two and a half flights of wet rickety wooden stairs. Room was not clean. Tea and coffee facilities were virtually none existent. Bedding was hard and uncomfortable. No seating other than one upright kitchen? Chair.

The staff were pleasant and responsive to our requests. The location in the town of Eltham was ideal.

The staff were rude and tried to charge us again it took a lot of effort just to get our booking. They were very unprofessional and unhelpful we would definitely not recommend this place.
