I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff-they were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We really appreciate their efforts they made to ensure our family had rooms close together. Great location and comfortable bed.

No pool .

Very happy with my stay. Compared to hotels of similar style, it is excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and attentive. Will recommend I my colleagues and friends.

I did not have a single negative thing to say.

A good location for the purposes of our visit to the wedding venue. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The beds, bedding, and pillows were lovely and comfortable. Parking is free with plenty of space, although not undercover. staff was friendly and helpful, they were very understanding as we changed a few checkin/checkout dates between different rooms.

A lot, awful pillows, SO old and dated, VERY uncomfortable “lounge” whatever you want to call that “thing”, SO HARD, same as the chairs provided. The spa we would not use, it did not appear to be maintained.

Our stay was very comfortable, my family felt like they were at home. The beds were clean and cosy, the bathroom had all the essentials. Kitchenette arrangement worked really well for us. Overall we had a very nice experience.

Room was nice and clean, so many great parking spots . Room was great. It had everything we needed. Glad we took the upgrade! Room was upstairs, but the view was worth it. Staff very friendly. Location was great. We will definately be back.

The wifi was a little spotty but it wasn’t really an issue.

I love the location of this property. It’s close to bus stops and close to the Eltham Center where you can hop on the train to the city. It was also super comfy and they had TV and wifi which was great. It was also quiet despite being on the main road. I also really loved the kitchenette. I was able to cook meals and it was just perfect.

Our neighbor was a bit noisy late midnight . Thankfully it didn’t last long .

It’s actually the 2nd time I have stayed at this location and both times , I have been met by friendly & helpful members at every step of the way . From the manager who met me at 11pm , to the cleaning staff who saw me on my way out , everybody was pleasant and cheerful . Would definitely come back with friends .

24 hour check-in was extremely handy for us, as we didn’t get in until 12:40. The late check out was super handy for my son, who was waiting for me to get out of day surgery.

Night manager exceptional - courteous, helpful, delightful manner. The room was very clean and comfortable. The overnight stay was a fair price !! My colleague needed an early entry to this room and this was no problem with no extra charge.

I'd like to thank Eltham Gateway Hotel for the great service as our room was under maintance under short notice but they were able to comply with a better room and was very accomadating. Along with leaving a book at the hotel they mailed it to me quite prompt. VERY happy with my stav. Thank vou again.

Travelled 3.5 hrs to a family funeral picked up keys and spent time with the family arrived back at motel at 11.00pm drove into motel carpark to be met by permanent residents standing around drinking, opened up motel room and the smell hit us like a brick wall mouldy, musty smell absolutely filthy furniture, stains on couches like someone had urinated on it, floors where dirty and dust all over benches and skirting, bathroom drain wouldn't drain. Greasy fingerprints all over benches, kitchen chairs, door handles. Used tissues sitting on top of wardrobe, how they could charge $270 for a family room in that condition is beyond me would not recommend this dump of a place to anyone.Family did not feel safe and the standard of the room there was no way I would let my family sleep there, so we loaded our bags and drove 3.5 hrs home. This place needs to be reported to the correct body to be investigated, which I have.

There was nothing to like about the place absolutely filthy rooms, stained couches, dirty floors, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the smell of the room was disgusting mouldy, musty smell, greasy finger prints over all furniture and surfaces, don't know how they even keep operating.

Very poor lighting. No compendium or information in the room. There were no coffee cups and we had to ask for them. No breakfast was offered.

Good location for what we were after (visiting family in Eltham). Nice and tidy room- had all we needed. Complimentary fast-speed Wi-Fi and plenty of parking lots.Laundry facilities on-site super convenient. If you’re looking for an affordable place to sleep and leaving your belongings this ticks the boxes!
