Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Australia1. The TV remote didn't work. It's not a smart TV either. 2. The sink tab is broken. 3. There were dead cockroaches under the table. 4. There was no blanket 😕 it was freezing cold at night and morning. 5. The heater/air-conditioning didn't work. 6. Parking is quite difficult for a big car.

AustraliaFloor was dirty. Soles of feet became black from walking on floor. Exterior of motel needs a good clean. Room smelt like a dog kennel when we entered. The smell appeared to come from the floor wastes in the bathroom. Poured a couple of jugs of boiling water into the floor wastes and sprayed with deodouriser and that solved the problem. Room was a pet friendly room which I would have not booked if I had known. Sliding door track was full of rubbish which.

AustraliaThe bathroom hadn't been cleaned. First thought just shower- but also basin; washer and other persons toiletries left in shower and soap. Then later noticed that dirty towels were folded and placed on the bed. Then saw that even though the toilet cover was placed across toilet it had not been cleaned either; this actually was worse than forgetting. Milk in fridge was out of date and fridge not cleaned. Coffee, tea and sugar not replaced, and a half-drunk bottle of water was left near the coffee machine. Reception internal phone line never worked. Had to use a mobile to call as if external.
The meal was good in the restaurant and some staff apologized for the lack of hygiene. Someone else cleaned up what we thought was incorrect (later discovered more) and grateful to them. Offered a free drink for the lack of hygiene.
