We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaFree breakfast was advertised and highlighted in the info received with key collection but the was totally misleading. Breakfast was meant to. Be available between 7:00am and 9:30 am. The sign pointing to the breakfast room pointed to doors that were closed. There were no staff on the property after 5:30 pm and before 8:00 am. Tap washers need replacing. The cold tap in the shower must have been turned off by someone with a very strong grip. I could feel some of the springs in the mattress. It appears that the facility is struggling to recover after difficult trading during the covid period. The on site restaurant is closed understandably but the information regarding dining options in the area did not specify locations.. Used linen from previous days was stored in a very full trolley out doors. Rather unusual. The fluorescent lights above the desk were not working.

AustraliaWhat is on the website is not how it actually is in real life! The box window air conditioners in each room butt up to the sides of the single beds. There is no way the kids could sleep in the beds. The curtains were hanging off the tracks. The rooms smelt of stale cigarette smoke. We decided to forfeit our money and went and stayed at another hotel.
