Nothing that we disliked but if you are looking for a much bigger room, book into the Harmony Suite as we stayed in the Duet Classic that was perfect but wished we had a bigger ensuite.

Everything about our room was exceptional, it was on the first floor right next to the elevator so that was great and the staff was really professional and helpful with meetings all our needs and requests. The location of the hotel is also a short distance from the Entrance and a Westifeld Shopping Centre.

I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the floors in my room. Everything else was clean.

I purchased my breakfast at the cafe in the club,just a short walk , and it was good.

We were not being able to get hold of a staff member on the phone after 8pm when we could not find the wifi details. We left a message but no one called us back. The AC was a little too cold throughout the hotel but we could adjust the temperature in our room.

Location was close to road but still quiet. We drove to long jetty and walked along the lake however think the lake entry may have been quite close to the hotel so should have checked. Great if you want to be near a Club that has a couple of restaurants. We were told the gym was not accessible to hotel guests until 9am despite being open. The room was decorated to a high standard and well maintained. The bathroom was particularly nice. EV chargers were also handy in the car park and plenty of parking.

We loved our stay ,so clean and quiet .friendly staff to help with any questions. loved the hotel so beautiful. loved the club next door for dinner and breakie .Was nice to sit in lounge waiting for checking with a glass of bubbles at club as it was pouring rain 🌧. will be back in June thankyou Encore Mingara fabulous 👌 10.

The hotel facilities and room were great. We loved that we had access to the gym and pool throughout the Easter long weekend, and had a nice dinner one night at the club. A really central location to explore different parts of the central coast.

The property has wonderful amenities & is right next door to a club, fitness centre & an indoor pool. There is basically everything you need for a relaxing holiday with fitness if you wish thrown in.

Almost brand new Very clean, and the bed is comfortable The gym facilities and the swimming pool are amazing Being next to a club with different restaurants is a big bonus The location is nice, 10 mins to the beaches, and shopping centre and 15 mins to the Entrance centre

I’m not sure if it was due to timing but I found no option to have breakfast and facilities in the club no one was available but it just meant we went out for breakfast which was really nice. Dinner at the Asian restaurant was delicious

Coffee , awful. No plates or cutlery in room. No microwave in room but could go downstairs to heat up your meal in the laundry area.

Lovely new clean room. Great location for visiting my mum close by. Staff were friendly. Club great next door.
