I would prefer openable windows allowing fresh air while the outdoor temperature was just perfect. Pity that the hotel undercover carpark was at extra cost. we thought that the pool was part of the hotel, but it was a chargeable public pool. There was no room service and the food was a part of the adjoining club.

Finger prints were all through the room which was a bit gross.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very very quiet at night and we had the best sleep.

Location not ideal as we would’ve preferred somewhere near the water for the views and access to the beach. Need more hooks in bathroom, better towels and better coffee. Teabags were high quality T2 so that was appreciated.

Clean and modern, as it was brand new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Big club Mingara nextdoor was handy for its cafe, restaurant and bar. Had access to nearby gym where my friends used the pool. Secure parking attached to hotel is extra $15 (only a few spots), otherwise it’s free at open carpark.

Indoor pool closes at 5pm on the weekend and no windows for fresh air.

For a hotel that has recently opened up, ticks all the boxes. Upon our arrival we were greeted by staff who were welcoming, helpful and friendly which gave a great first impression. Our studio room was immaculate and all other hotel amenities such as the gym, large indoor pool area, cafe, restaurants and bathroom facilities were superb.

Wish there was a pool onsite not a shared public pool I have a low immune system and cannot risk that infection so disappointingly I didn’t get to swim

There is no information card or brochure about the facilities inside the room. I have no idea if they do room service for food etc. In the cafe restaurant when I informed the staff that there is hair in my food for breakfast, no one approached to rectify the issue or say sorry. I need to change my teaspoon for the coffee served, as it was dirty.

Good size rooms and modern facilities. Next door to the recreation club and central to most beaches for say trips.
