We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Australiaonly one bedside lamp provided for 4 beds. shower water pressure weak but temperature adequate. One uninvited guest tried to gain entry to our room one night however unsuccessful. Would have liked the option of continental breakfast (eg self service in bistro) at extra charge for convenience. For awareness there are stairs to access accommodation rooms. No lift.
Plenty of on-site parking, quick drive to get downtown Adelaide, fluffy towels, comfy beds, Aircon worked well in our room. 10% discount of meals when dining in and good variety and specials - we enjoyed eating in the bar for dinner each evening. Staff were all very friendly and happy to recommend activities of interest. Our Family studio for 4 people was more generous in size than photos and reviews suggested. Earplugs offered however minimal road noise or noise from bar below heard overnight on weekend.

AustraliaIssue 1: The requirement to have a physical card to actually check in. This is so redundant and embarassing when the room is paid beforehand, payment forms are via paywave. Change the system! I could have paid a $100 for a beer and got the unused amount (i.e. no damage) the next day but "the system" didnt permit that. Issue 2: photos of the room were clickbait. Whilst bed was great, the room was NOT what was in the photos online.
Liz in restaurant was awesome. Kelly was really helpful in regard to the almost ubiquitous issue of requiring physical card for room damage security (who carries a card these days??)
