New ZealandThere was only one lift for the apartments and it was very slow. We had to take our own rubbish out after our stay and sort it into the appropriate bins in the carpark. We've never experienced this request at another resort before.
The apartment was spacious, with plenting of seating, a big tv, and great lighting of the room. The location was close to supermarkets and easy drive times to local attractions.

It’s a great place to stay but it could do with some updating… worn carpets, in need of painting , old uncomfortable couches . Apart from that… it’s the second time I’ve stayed here and I’d most likely stay again .

AustraliaPersonally we didn't like the sheets. The high tread count often means the sheets are hard and noisy to sleep in....like newspaper. Be great to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the cooling in the lounge didn't cool the bedrooms... the pedestal fans are quite noisy. On our last night there the bar and restaurant was closed so we couldn't enjoy happy hour or event get any food because the chef was sick. For a big property like that with so many guests, that was really poor.
The resort was beautiful. Gorgeous rooms and furniture, even better than the pictures....they should update their websute photos so they do the rooms justice! Everything you need in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Free undercover parking was a bonus.

Also the fact that we were on the front of the hotel overlooking the pools and that involves a very noisy pool pump and/or filter that worked 24 hours a day! Rather noisy because of that so this time haven't given the maximum 10/10 review that this hotel usually gets from us. But we understand this is a necessity but next time may request a room or apartment on the back..
It was 5 nights not 4! Lakes Entrance was very quiet. And the hotel did not seem as busy as lots of the other times we have stayed there. Our apartment was nice.

AustraliaThe car park for the place is quite tight, additionally there is a lack of air conditioning in bedrooms which did not help over hot nights as it made it difficult to sleep. Room service also did not message me the day prior before coming in.
The staff were lovely and very helpful, it has everything you need to enjoy your time and live leisurely. It has its own restaurant and you can get 10$ food credits if you have a reservation as well as a happy hour. The pools were quite nice, and was often the attraction for the day. Had kind interactions with many other people on the property.
