the rooms were refurbished, but still had old split systems, i didnt like sharing the same entry door with another room, which is right next to the room, and you can hear everything from the outside. the hallway had some smells, the lifts were okay. there was an old room smell walking in so have to live with that., need some updating overall, and more furniture would be good, small table instead of a couch maybe.

it was great location, check in and out was fine

At midnight of the 3rd day of our stay, we were woken up by fire siren in our unit but could not hear the public announcement. We went out to the hallway then could get the announcement on evacuation. We went down the stairs and could see guests evacuating too, in orderly manners. Fire engines, CFA, police came and after 30 minutes, we were cleared by Fire Department to return to our units. During this time, no hotel staff was in presence to do any roll call nor briefing of the situation. It was not until the next day morning at my check out did I know the cause of the fire alarm.

The location is good for walkable accessibility to Ninety Miles Beach as well as local eateries. The apartment offers basic comfort like home.

Tennis court was not as described. No net and just a concrete pad. Shouldn’t be advertised as having a tennis court with it in the state it was.

Indoor pool was actually warm. Location good and room was as described. Staff friendly and quick to assist where necessary.

What we were not happy about was not being able to eat downstairs our whole trip. We were told every night over our 3 night stay that a bus was coming and we were not able to eat there. Was very unhappy about that part and thought we should of also been a priority to eat there seeing we stayed 3 nights.

We stayed in the 2 besroom executive suite and was clean and spacious. Really lovely for 4 of us. Was very happy.

It was a bit of a hike up to the main town area and across the footbridge to the beach. Dishwasher didn't work very well. Beds not the comfiest.

Great sized apartment for a family of 4. Nice view. Kids loved the heated pool as we visited in winter. Great facilities including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the room.

There was a problem in the room that we had, especially in the kitchen. There was a smell of like a wet dog. Pretty sure it was coming from the drain in the floor of the kitchen, which was an annoying smell and as we paid to be able to have parking found this spot very small and first come first served. Not a good idea. We could never guarantee if we were going to be able to get a park and if we did how far we would have to carry things to get to the entry point where we need it so parking was annoying

The hotel restaurant the food was absolutely beautiful. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The facilities were good.

Restaurant was closed. Staff indicated it would be open. Then then told us pizza restaurant down the road was open and it also was closed.

The oven didn't appear to work and the rubber seal for the oven door had mostly become detached. There were no instructions on how to work the oven.

A pity the beds were so uncomfortable the springs seemed to crush down to nothing and boinged and creaked at every move.

Bed wasn’t so comfortable and the pillows were hard. Didn’t get much sleep during the stay. Also the mini fridge in one of the bedrooms was making loud noises during the night. The indoor pool was small and crowded.

Super clean, quiet and spacious. Tv in every room, a dishwasher was great addition. Loved the heated bathrooms. Great location with reasonable price.
