tv to old not compatible with HD , no picture on many channels , needs some sort of privacy block out blinds so you don’t see into everybody else’s rooms.

The awning windows are terrible for any decent airflow, so in warm weather you would require the air conditioner for sure. There are no fly screens on the doors to the verandah which you need open for any breeze.

Location was perfect, lake was on both sides only a 100m away, and a short stroll to the shops. Rooms were spacious as well as bathrooms and kitchen. Apartment was very modern and kitchen was well equipped, but lacked microwave dishes. Facilities included indoor and outdoor pools

There was nothing that l didn’t like about this establishment.

The apartment was presented very well and the cleanliness was tops. All the appliances were well maintained and in working order. The leather 2 seaters were comfortable and the amount of furniture was just enough. The ensuite was in tip top condition.While we didn’t use the indoor or outdoor pools they were in regular use and the indoor pool also has a spa. The location was good and while we had a rear room we had great view of the lake on Marine Prade.

It is a bit of a hike to the shops if you have to walk!

This is our favourite place to stay in Lakes Entrance. We like booking an apartment so you don't feel cramped. Stayed in quite a few motels/hotels/cottages in Lakes Entrance but as I said before, this one is our favourite. We have one more night for this booking. (We had an unexpected death in the family which resulted in us having to cancel our October holiday - which is why I haven't reviewed as we just came last Tuesday.

Lift to our room from the carpark smelled bad - carpet might need replacing. Pool area and decor alittle dated. Restaurant menu could serve a wider variety of food.

Kitchen could have been better outfitted. One horrible pan to use and the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes well at all. No coffee plunger, only instant packets.

Good location, well presented. Lounge furniture and bed very comfortable. Good sound proofing. Private. Light and bright. Great having a washer and dryer.

I think this resort has everything covered. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Location was fine. A straight flat walk into town along the waterfront. Aldi one street behind the resort maybe 5 mins walk. Apartment was set out very well,great setup . Spotlessly clean. Armchairs plus sofa. Large dining area. Large tv in lounge and also bedroom. Table and chairs on veranda also. Had dinner one night and the barramundi was delicious. Reasonably priced also. Ample parking undercover. Staff very polite also.

If you are not an early riser, then I would recommend asking for a west room - as the window furnishings do not block out the sun. The undercover carparks are tight, so if you have a larger car, then park in their outdoor overflow carpark.

The hotel is in a lovely location. Check-in was done using an online system, which made arrival easy.

Beds were uncomfortable felt like double beds not queen. Our feet were hanging out. Bedrooms were cold needed extra heater.

The hotel was very nice,staff very friendly and accommodating.pool and spa were lovely.
