It was confusing when I checked out in the morning. We planned to leave at 930am, but the hotel opened 10 am. The door was closed and couldn't return the door key. We were not sure if it can be left in the room or what. We ended up waiting until it open so we can return the door key.

Only thing to complain about was the carpet needs cleaning, our feet and socks got black walking on it, which showed when we got in the shower.

A great location for our requirements, staff very friendly and food was awesome.

Not able to order breakfast. Only lunch and dinner options available in restaurant located in the adjacent Hotel area. Motel Reception Desk location was very confusing to find by the signage provided. Entered where I thought Motel Reception was upon my arrival to the Motel, only to be greeted with a table full of patrons who were all sat down having their evening meals right behind this dark glass door where "Reception" signage was displayed outside and opposite the motel rooms car parks! I was so embarrassed. Then I had no idea where to go to check in and get key to room after Google maps also got me lost trying to find the motel, so I had to ask a staff member at the Bar where to go to check in. When checking out the next morning the doors to their Reception area were closed! So I could not hand the room keys in to anyone before 10am checkout time. No mention of this by staff member when checking in the night before and no mention by staff member that a breakfast menu was not available. I had to call the hotel number to say I was checking out because Reception check in area was all locked up and was told to leave keys in the room. Very odd indeed. I was also expecting a bottle of wine in the room on arrival as welcome drinks for 2 people in room was advertised on Booking.com. Vold wine glasses inside fridge but no bottle of wine found anywhere. Later learned I had been given 2 x drink vouchers inside card holding motel room swipe key. I couldn't use these vouchers as I was on my way to a 21st birthday party and needed to drive myself there and back. However, I would've really enjoyed having a glass of wine when I arrived back to my room after the party finished. But no bottle of wine was provided. Felt a bit like false advertising to me and was I paying for drinks I ultimately did not receive in the cost of my stay?

Bed was super comfortable and I had the best night's sleep in it. I didnt want to get out of it the next morning lol Very satisfied with my room. Great value for money.

The bed frame frequently came off the wall and was held up by the 2 nightstands beside the bed. As the bed was on wheels this was an issue getting in/out.

Great value for money. Facilities were very well kept and clean. Room was perfect size for 2 guests.

The receptionist seemed in a bad mood or maybe she doesn't like Asians.

Everything is good but not the staff, but if you are not Asian you may be greeted well.

Few random, questionable marks on the wall. Walls were a little thin so you could hear other guests (but didn't impact my stay)

Easy check in process. Parking was convenient and easy. Room was spacious for 2 people. Beds were comfortable enough (DB and SB). Room was acceptably clean

The remote control was dirty and slimy, I gave it a good clean! The window seals need a good wipe over and fix up!
