The property is in a lovely location, with very friendly labradors. The house is perfect for a small family stay and fitted with appliances, perfect for making meals and/or needing to wash clothes etc.

This place was amazing. Belinda and Denish have a wonderful property and we felt very comfortable and it suited our needs as we had a wedding just down the road. They were very accommodating when i had a last minute extra guest and nothing was too much trouble. The fresh bread on arrival was an extra touch. And the dogs .... OMG we wanted to take them home. Loved this place, will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to stay . Well set up for more than one night stay. Spa would have been great, but it was a bit cold outside. Loved the dogs. The fresh bread and eggs from their chickens was a lovely treat.

There was nothing to dislike

It was peaceful located on a quiet street we didn’t hear any traffic. The hot tub was amazing and the view outside your bedroom windows and front door gorgeous. The 3 Labradors came to visit us daily which we loved, Louis stole our hearts bringing his toys for us to play with him, he greeted us every morning and when we came home. Not to far from Farview and amazing drive through coffee shop with the best coffee. On arrival we had a fresh loaf of bread, eggs, butter and milk which we needed after travelling all day from Hobart, with flight delays we did not arrive until after 2am. This was a country experience we will definitely be back and planning our next stay in April 2025.

Absolutely nothing.

This house was just perfect for a quiet getaway. Belinda and her husband added extra touches to the house which made the stay even better. It was very much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and great shower. We loved the dogs visiting us every day. Pool was great and the hot tub was even better! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend.

They provided us a fresh bread on our first night, big enough to fulfill the both of us on two breakfasts. Very delicious. The area had some problems with water providing on Sunday - which is not a property's fault - and staff was very supportive and prompt to assist us during this period. The room we chose was very cozy and the property dogs are lovely!

Had a couple of days staying at this wonderful little cottage in the valley. It is a great spot, so many things to do out there and less than an hour from the city. Do yourself a favor and a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Head to Pickering Brook!

Other people may not like 3 beautiful Labradors that roam the property.They were very friendly, though. Really, the only thing was the spa wasn't hot enough(1st world problems) The pressure is low in the shower, unfortunately.

On arrival, we were greeted by a sign that welcomed us by name. Next to the sign was 6 eggs,butter, and milk, and later, a fresh loaf of bread was delivered by the hosts. The accommodation was well equipped with quality facilities, unlike other B&Bs that have goods that come from op shops or people old goods. It was like walking into someone's home. We really enjoyed our stay, and the location was great for those interested in wineries or bush walks.

Shower definitely needs either more pressure or a different shower head as very little water comes out. Showering just takes a little longer!

Fresh bread delivered in the morning by Belinda was delicious, fresh eggs from the chook pen. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, had washing machine and drier. Belinda was a great communicator and helpful, easy check in procedure. Lovely and quiet cottage. Unfortunately we never got to use the pool or the spa.
