The room was a lot smaller than I expected and the bathroom wasn’t entirely that clean. It was pretty cold as well and some blankets in the room would have been helpful.

It was modern and the staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable and they were accommodating to our requests and needs.

Easy 15 minutes walk from the domestic terminal and $15 shuttle to international in the morning. Top floor bar was nice, fire outside but I didn't go out. Walked 5 minutes to a restaurant for dinner. Great value

You can hear the noise from the hall and bathroom upstairs. It was very cold when I arrived and it took a long time to heat up. The beds are too soft.

I went to the 24/7 cafe to get something to eat after a long international flight, but there were no vegan options. I would have liked a sandwich (at minimum). Room is very small but very comfortable. It was cheaper to get Uber than their in -house shuttle to the airport.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Staff were friendly from the time I arrived after a long international flight. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area and the bed really comfortable. Probably one of the nicest beds I have stayed in at a hotel. Everything was clean and looked lovely. Bathroom was very clean and I was very impressed. The room was quiet and I had a good night's rest. Great stay to be close to Sydney airport.

Didn't like the check in l was the only person there and the person who was on the check in desk was on a personal call and was not in a hurry to attend to the customer. Perhaps some more training for this particular staff member

No restaurant at the property. They use Sydney City airport shuttle and the operator needs to learn some customer service manners but John the driver was lovely. If there is another service use it not this one and it’s expensive.

It was a long walk from the airport in the rain and dark. I courtesy bus would have been good. The food wasn't good. We came from Perth and were hungry when we arrived but the microwave meals were not very appetising.

The only things that bothered me was the tiled floors were cold and had glitter on them. Kind of funny about the glitter though, too.

Would prefer a coffee machine to sachets of coffee granules.

Large comfortable room with a huge plush chair for relaxing. Up market tea provided but no coffee machine. Huge bathroom with enormous shower. Good quality amenities provided. Had a great view to the airport landing strips from 7th floor. Business class room. Loved the Penthouse cafe, good for a hot drink and self service food. Very helpful friendly staff.

Not having a restaurant was not expected, however there were microwave meals to purchase. I wish there were a shuttle service to the airport because our Uber charge was $40 for a 2km ride at 7am.

The staff were absolutely delightful and the view from the top floor bar is divine. Our room was compact but super clean, our bed and linen was of good quality and the TV was large.
