The internet shut down so the room television streaming didn’t work .. called reception for router to be reset., told 10 mins but quite a delay in someone coming .. nearly half an hour. He played and eventually reset it but didn’t really know. Some training for staff about the equipment and how to fix things is a good plan. That A shuttle for a 3 mins drive is $15 per person is ludicrous. We walked!

Proximity to airport was the reason we selected it.

We had a great view of planes arriving and taking off. The economy premium room was smallish but well designed. There was space for two suitcases and to lay out items and hang clothes. The bathroom was big and the shower did not wet the floor outside the shower area. Interaction with staff was minimal but pleasant. Although a little tricky to drive to, once there the car park was easy to use. We didn’t eat in but there were self serve preprepared options should you choose to do so and a great communal space to eat or relax in. Good sound proofing.

I have stayed here previously and would stay here again. Great location if you’re heading to the airport and a great place to stay if you live being out of the city. Good pub within walking distance for a feed and a drink.

The fitness room is too basic to be a selling point. The airport shuttle isn't much cheaper than a taxi especially for two people.

My one little gripe is the shower design could be improved as water is allowed to run all over the bathroom floor, resulting in having to put down multiple towels. Apart from that I can't fault anything else.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and won't be the last. It's close to the airport, walking distance to a train station and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. And just like my last visit I quite enjoy the dining area overlooking the airport and being able to watch the planes coming and going.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the domestic terminals. Our room was simply but nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The bar and dining area, overlooking the airport, was basic but fine. Rather than restaurant style, the food on offer is self service cafe and included pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, noodle bowls etc as well as a range of beverages - quite sufficient for an overnight stay.

It’s crying out for a small kitchen to serve fresh meals. The serve yourself mini market style food area is ok but you need to go out to get a full meal

Great hotel within walking distance (10 mins) to Sydney airport. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. There is a good restaurant 3 mins walk away. I recommend this hotel.

One staff member was cold in his customer service approach: passive aggressive and slow to to help although it was not busy at all. It was an unusual experience for me at an hotel for checking in/ out (it was the same person). The other staff I spoke to were very kind and helpful. I did not mind paying for the shuttle but it was late

Beds needed a thicker quilt or extra blanket

Loved the decor, it was so funky. The hotel is very clean and the staff were lovely. We really enjoyed the short time we were there and will stay again next time we have an early airport pickup.

It was actually not that close to the international airport so still have to book a car. Shuttle is expensive.

Food offerings in grab and go were very scanty, and not well organized. There was one warm vegetarian option- a mushroom pie. Bought it and bit in-- it was beef. Very little on offer and not convenient as there is no other restaurant on site. Service offering airport shuttle service was late, overcrowded. Bags had to travel in trailer behind bus, stacked up willy nilly.
