Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe price of parking. It was advertised at $20 but had gone up to $30, which is pretty steep when you can park on the road for free.
It is comfortable and quiet in a great location for people who need a place to stay in Sydney before a red-eye flight. You can walk to Mascot and access a range of restaurants for dinner, or supplies at the supermarket.

AustraliaFunky hotel, walking distance from the domestic terminal, took me 20 mins, but $15 to get the shuttle bus to the international terminal in the morning. The staff were very disinterested at check in, not much of a welcome. If I'm travelling solo, I always choose somewhere with 24 hour reception, it makes me feel safer. I woke up early and thought I may as well get the earlier shuttle than the one I'd booked, and went up to reception at 4am to ask if that was OK. It was dark and deserted. Not a bad hotel, comfy beds, but I would stay somewhere else next time.
